Stopped by this new location in the middle of the afternoon when it wasn’t busy. I had never eaten at a Wing Stop so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I waured to be greeted for about 2 minutes before someone acknowledged me standing by the cash register. He thought I had placed an order online. I said no I wanted to place an order and dine in. He informed me it would be 20 minutes. I said alright and placed an order. I found the cleanest of the dirty tables and sat down and managed to wipe it clean by getting paper towels and using water off of the soda machine. While waiting I figured it would be awhile but shortly after sitting down another person asked me if I was here to pick up I explained that I had just ordered about 10 minutes ago. He asked me for my name and said oh we have your order here on the shelf as it was bagged up to go in a large paper grocery bag. I was confused as nobody called out my name but it was the correct order (sandwich combo).

Ordered ahead of time online and it said 15 minutes. Waited close to 45 if not longer. Staff wasn’t pleasant and didn’t give me all of my order and when I went to ask I got an attitude. The size of the wings is for a toddler too .was def not worth the wait. And for waiting for fresh food the fries were cold and not fully cooked .

First and last time at this location. Waited 45 mins, although the pickup time was for 15. The dining room was full of people picking up orders, but none of them were ready. They don’t start your order until you’re there. Once they do start, there is no sense of urgency.

First Impressions, Store was busy with waiting patrons. No Air Condition so it was very warm in the restaurant. Music was too loud the cashier had to repeat questions. Turn the music down to a soft volume. Food Quality: Ordered 10 wing combo and chicken sandwich. Wings were petite, hardly any meat on them. Fries were over salted but had a great taste though! Unfortunately this is the third location in the area I tried to patronize and this is the third location to provide terrible service. This by far was the most upsetting experience I’ve had at Wing Stop. I placed the order via the Wing Stop app. I waited at home for an hour until I received an update in app that my order was completed and ready for pick up.

This was my first time at a Wing Stop with them being new to Pittsburgh. I waited approximately 30 minutes to receive my order. For a non-sit down restaurant, that is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. Upon receiving my food, the fries were barely warm and the chicken sandwich wasn’t hot either.

This was the 3rd time we ordered. Each time our order was messed up. The first time an entire order of mild wings was forgotten. We live close enough so we just drove back down to pick up the missing order. The 2nd time we ordered classic wings and got all boneless (super disappointing, right!)! We called the store and their response was the general manager will call you TOMORROW. They didn’t offer any resolution, which was very strange. The 3rd time we ordered $100 worth of wings and received all drumsticks (Tiny and low quality may I add). Once again we called the store to be told the GM will call us tomorrow. Still waiting on both calls. We are very understanding when it comes to restaurants, especially new ones, hence the 3 different tries, but it’s clear management doesn’t care about their customers, so there will be no more business from my family and friends.
