Only putting one star because I couldn’t put zero stars. I had to pick up from this store and the order wasn’t ready along with 5 other orders that seemed to be started after everyone arrived to pick-up. I’ve waited in lines before so I didn’t mind the wait. It was the fact that none of the staff addressed any of the waiting customers AND to have to deal with the clearly bothered thin black guy with the dreads and all the mouth acting like a baby. Talking plenty of junk from behind a counter, upset at us because it takes him an hour to fry some fries. A ghetto mess.

ANOTHER ONE ⭐️ to the collection! I made a large order of wings and veggie sticks and noticed the veggie sticks were missing, the chicken were not tossed properly, resulting in it being under seasoned, bare and a lack of taste. I felt so disappointed because it’s a flavor I like. I couldn’t enjoy so I only eat a few.. the chicken is floating in nothing but oil and fat. I feel like this chain needs to reconsider its business model and try again! Soon it would go under. I wish someone read this and address customers concerns because they have the potential to do better..

Restaurant was dirty with sticky floors and fruit flies everywhere though the don’t serve any kind of fruit. They asked me to sit but no thanks I was watching like a hawk. I watched a woman leave the restaurant bathroom with wet hands and dry them at the counter where they were preparing food to go out. Another woman was eating her fresh fries next to her while prepping. My “large” fries were cold and old. My chicken and fries to took 40 minutes to prepare even though store was basically empty.They were busy talking about their personal lives and cussing. I had to take a picture of the wings with feathers fried hard. It was a terrible experience and will definitely not be back. What an embarrassment and waste of time!

So my wife ordered from their website, nothing crazy, it was a promotion party pack with a few extra things we added on, food got to my house, we opened up the bag and started pulling things out to find that one of our items are missing, so I called the store about 4 times because the staff let’s the phone ring, my wife called another 2 times and finally someone answers and the nastiest rudest lady answers the phone and basically told us it wasn’t her problem and that if I wanted my item I’d have to come and get it, so I got dressed and headed to the store, again greeted by a kid working a deep fryer, turns out they’re all kids working there, wet behind the ears, and don’t know how to be professionals. I walked in to a disgusting store, I mean trash on the floors, food in the kitchen was on the floor, mold on the ceiling, it made me nauseous, then come the lady, wearing house slippers and a purse, turns out they never made the order so I thought, nope turns out she eats the food if it’s left and while she’s making it, gross, I honestly can keep going but I’m going to try everything in my power to get this store closed down for heath violation, and unprofessional kids working behind a counter.

I always thought it was a coincidence how sick I got after eating at wing stop specifically THIS ONE but tuesday I had to draw the line. I hat the louisiana rub tenders, + fries & I felt it sitting in my stomach all day it was a very uncomfortable feeling & I did not have an appetite for the rest of the day. DON’T GO TO ANYMORE WINGSTOPS UNTIL SERVICE AND QUALITY IS FIXED. Already having issues with the upper darby branch since last time I went and wasn’t refunded my money. Went to place an order and was told 15 mins. Waited about 40+ mins for my order, while there was no professionalism as one employee was outside messing around with another person trying to jump start a car. After the 15 min drive back home, found all items to be under seasoned and more than half the fries to be burned and soggy. (I added salt to the fries to attempt to eat them, i did not because they were gross) Which means they were probably old. I’m not the one to complain so much but for the price of the food, I’d expect more!

Worst wing stop in the city of Philadelphia!!! Fries are always burnt black as tar, salty and hard! Garlic Parmesan wings were salty and extremely greasy! Undercover boss really needs to secretly come into this establishment because this is unacceptable. I had good food once from this location and after that, wings and fries burnt and fried super dry all the time. Please corporate or upper management take these reviews seriously!

So if you asked me last year and the year prior to rate this location, I would have given it 1 star. I’m not sure what changed, but now this place is finally getting orders correct, not forgetting things, and most importantly, they care about you when you walk in the store. I’m so proud of this location for really stepping it up in the last 6 months. After 100 orders I finally don’t have to complain to corporate, and I will continue to order here so long as y’all care as much as you have recently
