Absolutely not! Who ever was working today around 2pm….. I’m appalled! SHOCKED actually!!! My wife just wanted her fries and her money back and she got an attitude over the phone? She comes there everyday and she had a rough day and didn’t deserve to be talked to the way she was talked to! We go there all the time with our kids as a family and it’s a shame that poor customer service was the reason why we will not be back!

I have never seen such a unprofessional establishment. I ordered the 24 piece combo and a chicken burger. The large fries were missing and there were no dipping sauces for the wings. For the chicken burger, the sauce that arrived was, no joke, less than a quarter filled. I called to explain the situation and got hung up on. This was my first time trying this establishment and certainly will be my last.

The clearly hire just anybody. Highly unprofessional, no sense of urgency they walk around sluggish barely even spoke. It took 45 minutes to fry 8 wings and fries and I was the only one in there. Just terrible . Fire your unprofessional staff and get good workers

orders ALWAYS take so long. workers act like they’re on autopilot or something . No comprehension. always something missing from the order. you’re never greeted. Only way you get your order completed is if you yell and tell them you’re ready to order, double check your order yourself and make sure you have your extra sauces and napkins before you leave. if you have a wait for a pick up order (that should be done by a specific time) they will sit the order on a shelf instead of calling the name for the order. so make sure you’re paying attention to what each worker is doing.
