I’m so disappointed and I wish I could get my money back! The fries were salty, and cut bigger than wedges even. I got 3 wing flavors and they were all so disappointing, it was fried chicken and the sauces drizzled on top. I can’t even fully express, just gross.

Horrible don’t come here if you want to eat good food and a timely fashion. My husband and I went to Wingstop thinking that we were just going to get a quick dinner and go home it took over 45 minutes to get in order of wings two orders of thighs three piece two orders of fries and a small corn. They messed up The corn cuz I asked for it not to have Cajun seasoning of course Cajun was completely covered all over the corn. We ask for blue cheese and ranch none of it came in the bag. My husband asked for a large I asked for the regular I got a large fry I haven’t seen cuz it seems like I got twice as much as my husband’s but mine was supposed to have parmesan my husband wasn’t supposed to have it so they just flipped out order. The lady started off by saying it would take 15 minutes after we paid no updates just waiting around forever for our food. When we got there one person was waiting when we left 10 people were inside the store waiting for their food. Don’t come here if you want to get your food in a timely fashion. I know I said it once before but I just had to be sure that you truly understood I’ll Fry’s was soggy the wings were barely cooked I had to bring them home and warm them up all over again and my toaster oven before I can even eat. Which makes no sense because the point of eating out is to not have to cook it. The amount of oil that are on these french fries and how soggy they look is disgusting and this is after 10 minutes and my toaster oven at 400°

After waiting twenty five minutes…. I ask how much longer.. because i notice that they were only working on doordash and online orders…. The guy with the red dreads starts working on my order.. they literally threw it together… Chicken sandwich was literally still half frozen…. Wings were hard like they gave us someone elses that was sitting for hours.. and they didnt give all the wings that were ordered… Fries were half done…. Just because I asked why is it taking so long and was frustrated that they were only doing online orders did not mean I wanted cold frozen food… Definitely would not recommend going to this location at all unless you order online…. No customer service skills.. this location needs to be retrained…. They didnt want to give me a refund… This spot was horrible

I was just at this wing stop 40 mins ago. This is the first time I’ve gone to a wing stop and it was horrible. When we first walked in, the employees were standing around talking. I honestly don’t mind that, but the girl working looked at us and said to her co-workers “these customers need to shut up” before coming to take our order. She seemed like she didn’t want to end her conversation with the other employees to help us. When she took our order she seemed absolutely miserable and was trying to rush my boyfriend and me. We each ordered a 10 piece. She told my boyfriend it was an extra charge for blue cheese with his wings because “she could only give us one”. My boyfriend said that was fine and he would pay the additional charge. But what wing place doesn’t give blue cheese/ranch with every order? When I placed my order I asked for my wings extra crunchy and with extra sauce. She said ok, but I could tell she didn’t put it in the system. I figured she would verbally tell the cooks (since she was talking to them so much.) We got our order and left. When we opened our boxes, my boyfriend didn’t get blue cheese with his wings even though he paid extra. My wings barely had any sauce on them whatsoever. Overall the wings were very mediocre. There’s absolutely nothing special about this place but due to the poor customer service I will never come back here. I’ve heard really good things about wing stop, but honestly Buffalo Wild Wings is better. At least BWW has decent customer service and they’re employees aren’t miserable.

I love Wingstop but the workers here are not good at all. You can tell them 1 million times that you would like blue cheese instead of ranch and you would still end up with ranch. I really wish they could just fire everyone at this location and carefully hire another crew or is it management. Idk but yes go to a different Wingstop.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The service and professionalism is literally 0 here. To top it off they over fry or ruin every order. I will never return here. I am literally sitting in the lobby writing this review . FYI the staff closes anywhere from an hour to 30min early and tell you that you have to order using door dash

Extremely disappointed! I ordered half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper but they completely forgot to add the seasoning on my garlic Parmesan so I was left with basically plain chicken nuggets. For my lemon pepper order it had zero to no flavor at all and they were soaking in oil. Do better wing stop employees.
