Waited an hour for food that was ordered on their website, which was projected to be a 15-20min wait. We asked a couple times if one of the bags that was already prepared was ours, and staff said ours wasn’t ready yet. After 40 minutes of sitting in the lobby, we had to finally ask a 3rd time and we were handed a bag that had been sitting on the rack for 30 minutes. It’s not that hard to call out a name when an order is ready, or just simply check and see when a customer asks if a bag is theirs.

Had the Cajun flavor wings. Woke up at 2am with explosive diarr***. They were showing a preseason football game so that was good. Food took about 30 minutes before it was ready. It was a busy night to be fair. Maybe, will try again.

I don’t like to be a bother, and try not to complain but this is the 3rd time a good portion of my order was NOT delivered and can’t get ahold of anyone. Dasher never checked the order and “knocked” when the order was delivered but out of the 7 people and annoying dog, nobody heard them. I received a link to review the service….. I don’t want COUPONS. I want the money back for what I didn’t receive. I don’t want free fries because, well…. Why? When I probably won’t get them. Sad.

We ordered 12 wings, two drinks, and cheese fries. The total was a little over $20. It took 20 minutes to get the food, but everyone was super nice!! The place is clean and looks like a cool place to watch a game. Wings ( garlic Parmesan And BBQ) were pretty good!! The cheese fries.. Mmm…. Maybe put the the cheese in a cup to dip instead? Or give the customer a choice… We wished we had asked. The best thing we had there was their roles!! The manager was pretty awesome and let us try one. We would have ordered that instead of fries…. What would have been cool was one role per customer while you wait for food. Overall a decent place to go..
