The celery was good….Our wings tasted like they were refried. The corn was dry and cold and had no seasoning on it which we paid for and we got no sauces. Every thing was cold. Ordered our food through DoorDash. This location has some lazy people working night shift.

Went to this location once since moving to Charles County. I got a taste for wings tonight and was about to try this location again but decided to check the reviews this time to make sure my experience was not a one off. Wow, this place sounds horrible. My experience a little more then 2 years ago was also horrible with my wings tasting like they were fried in 10 year old grease. I guess I’ll have to drive over to Oxon Hill. Too bad for the owners of this location. Before moving here I ate at Wing Stop a couple times a week. Now I rarely eat them at all because of the long drive to PG county. Oh well their lost! I guess I will be making that drive tonight!!!!

I’ve literally just left this establishment it took over 30 minutes for seven chicken tenders. Also, the establishment has a horrible odor. My daughter had to use the restroom. We open the door and it smelled like straight marijuana. I ended up getting a refund and turning right back. as soon as you walk into the establishment, it smells like straight sewer water. All of the employees in the establishment were very rude and unkept with customer service. I would not recommend anybody coming to this establishment and I honestly suggest a surprise inspection. if I could give a zero star rating, I would.

The food is good but every single time I go there they’re always so slow and take at least 30 minutes for wings and 15 minutes for fries. The restaurant would be 10x better if they’d train their workers to be literally any faster. There’s always other customers in there who’s been waiting far too long and I’m on of them. Also they charged $7 just for 4 ranch dressings which is crazy as hell.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Simple Large seasoned fry and ended up waiting 30 minutes. Yes, you heard that right…30 minutes. The guy that took my order appeared to have gone on a break after taking my order and not communicating to coworkers. I mentioned it to a worker and was met with, ‘why didn’t she say nothing’. My money said it all. Why do I as the customer have to follow up with you? Lauren on the other hand was Amazing and obviously felt SUPER uncomfortable in the situation. Corporate/Franchisee needs to do surprise inspections. Im sure the Company would be surprised; moldy odor, poor customer service, lack of professionalism. Please contact me if further is required.

Please abandoned all thoughts of going to this establishment. This place is filthy, unkept, not tidy, and presents a serious health risk to anyone eating or ordering food from this place. The floor is dirty, dropped food is on the floor and in other areas of the store. I placed an order online for quicker service…25 minutes until food would be ready for pick up. I arrived 30 minutes latter. My order was not ready, and as a matter of fact it had not been starter. I kindly asked for my refund and departed. It goes without question Friday and Saturday nights are money makers for many fast food establishments with heavy pedestrian traffic. Low and slow customer service is not a winner for me during late night food stops. Again this place is a health risk… do not eat there! Mama say “if your floor and kitchen is dirty… so is everything else” (you can figure out the rest of the story)…be safe

Horrible customer service, pretty much non existent! I placed my order online for pick up at this Location. When I walked in I was so confused because other customers are just standing all over. I had to ask each individual person had they been helped. Eventually I was able to grab someones attention to inquire about my to go order. They had just finished preparing the order.I grabbed my items and proceeded to my car. When I got to my car I checked my order and immediately I was like this can’t be happening! The wings were old like they were refried and a lack of sauce. When I went back into the location I guess the manager was notified that I requested my order to be remade. The manager came over to me and asked to see my food, he opened the container and stated “its nothing wrong with these wings but I’ll remake them”. Who are you to tell me what’s qualified as a fresh meal to me? I want my food to be hot, that way by the time I drive home and sit down to eat, the food is still at a decent temperature. Fast forward about 15 minutes later he remade my wings and found the smallest container to package them in. I literally had to request for a larger container and transfer the wings, I should not have to do your job for you! Im big on customer service and that extra comment the manager made is what triggered me to leave a review. I could have easily asked for a refund but I wanted to give them another chance.

My sister and I walked into this location and didn’t even turn around, moonwalking out this joint. I even asked them, “What’s that smell?” They replied, “What smell?” This location smells like every toilet in Waldorf backed-up into this restaurant. I was surprised there were customers in there waiting for wings. I couldn’t order anything. I couldn’t stand being in that store for the 5 seconds I was when I opened the door and asked about the smell. The health department needs to roll up at this location.

Let me tell you something!!! So I started ordering here when I found about wing stop from my niece. I have walk-in service which was mediocre at best, however, they redeemed themselves with other orders as well as delivery. Food was hot, chicken was juicy, but I will say the sauce on the chicken so always cover the chicken. The celery sticks and the ranch dressing has always been on point. I recommend giving it a try from my experience only. I don’t remember the young man that I spoke with over the phone about my order but thanks for the ranch dressing!
