The customer service is absolutely trash, i ordered food and was waiting for it and the girl from the kitchen literally THREW the food out of the kitchen window to my table. Oh, my world; this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. There is no customer service here, the only two cooks they have is slow as a mug. The atmosphere itself is dull, and for a newly opened store, I was expecting a wow service. Whomever, the manager is if they do have one need to step up, pay close attention to your worker’s attitude and the services rendered there. I will show the images I have with a takeout order received from them. The word disappointment is too good of a word to describe my service there. I will never eat there again.

The food is pretty great, and in my opinion better than BDubs for sure. Especially the Mango Habanero–it should be a first option for everyone. Best flavor. However my only complaint is that when I ordered from Doordash, it came with no drink. This is likely because Wingstop forces Dashers to fill the customer’s drink even though they’re not supposed to (which violates Doordash policy and the health code; it’s the cashier’s job, not the Dasher’s) and understandably the dasher doesn’t want to do that. In addition my food came with no receipt, which is a bit odd.

This location is horrible. I walked in didn’t get a hello, nobody came to the register to even say “give me one moment I’ll be right with you”. All I got was stares from the ppl in the kitchen. Lemon pepper wings & old bay fried hard is my go to but I wish they would fry them hard like I like it. The fries are good but the big ones are never cooked all the way. A bit pricey. If you get a 10 PC combo it comes with 1 sauce and 2 flavor choices.
