I specifically asked for my sandwich to be well done and cooked correctly. The server ensured me that it would be done but to give it a little extra time. I get all the way home to bite into my sandwich to find it under cooked and chewy. The customer service was great but did not outweigh the terrible cooking job on the chicken sandwich.

Just as good as in Singapore. Took me a long way by metro to get here from downtown but I needed to do it and it was totally worth it! I chose the flavors Hickory Smoked BBQ (boneless) and Original Hot (buffalo) with bones.

Appearance is your basic wingstop went in February 2023 for the 1st time and had a normal eat-in visit and waited for 10min for my hot fresh Wings, No worries. Returned 1st of April wings came out in less than 4 min they were hard and the size of pigeon wings. I left and threw them out because the quality was very poor and a Bunch of kids came in ordering the chicken sandwich so I didn’t have time to wait and complain. Very disappointing.

Went in and was told no bone in wings.. asked when will they have it. They don’t know exactly when it will be. Wasted 15 min drive and gas and time for noting. I talk to Tim and he said sorry about it but I’m really disappointed! I will contact your regional manager because your bad planning shouldn’t affect your customers!

I had two flavors here, the traditional wings with mango habanero and the boneless with garlic Parmesan. The traditional ones are ok and had some flavor. But the Parmesan was not great, it was fried properly but didn’t have any taste to it. I would not order them..! But the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Worst wingstop to ever exist. Rude and unprofessional manager. I had an issue with them in the past but this time they crossed the line. I ordered 15 wings with lemon pepper seasoning and there was not even a speck of seasoning on the chicken. It look overcooked as well as if i was just dumped in butter. I have a picture of lemon pepper wings i have had before compared to what i got now. I contacted asking for a refund, didn’t get it. Just like when they didn’t give me a refund when they delivered the wrong order to me. I also got fries and ordered extra amount of seasoning. Again, there was a drop of salt on my fries. I would have no problem going back over there if the uber wasn’t $20 both ways. Completely rude manager. The orange looking chicken is what I got, the other one is how the lemon pepper wings normally look

Ordered 2 10 pieces and the seemed to ignore one of the flavors being Louisiana rub and gave me something I have no idea was but was wet vs dry rub that I could not eat due to dietary restrictions. Waste of food and money.
