Ordered flavored boneless wings through Uber eats like I usually do. The wings had no sauce at all on most of them and were disgusting . I paid for inedible food and want my money back. This is the first time I have an issue with you as I am a regular and always enjoy your food. Not sure what went wrong, but it needs to be addressed. I attached a picture that shows the extent of damage and that this isn’t a try to get over on you situation. I’d prefer an in-house resolution than disputing the charge, but I will get my money back regardless. Question is whether I remain a customer or not.

I ate here when they first opened (several years ago) and the service and food were just awful. I was having a serious wing craving this past Mother’s Day so we preorderd for pick up and WOW! What a difference. The food was ready when we got there and the wings were fantastic. I also love that you can mix flavors. Will visit again!

We order a delivery from here, they had the worst client service. We were missing items from the order when we called the person over the phone said they can’t do anything because was doordash fault she even said they still from the orders. The bags had a sticker that is supposed to protect your order. Then Fatima the manager instead of apologized and look for the way to help she just said call the app even again we order from their website. We call Doordash and they said unable to locate your order. No food complete no accountability worst customer service ever.

This place has top quality tasting chicken. I try not to do delivery and get the orders myself but when its available and sometimes free its very convenient. Im happy i can tip the drivers on the app. This order was better than ever. I tried their original hot and lemon pepper. If i could give this rating a 6 i would. In store is great the staff are really friendly,restaurant is very clean also. It’s my favorite location so far.

The food was great except for the portion of fries. This was the first location that was scrimpy on the fries. Upon showing the crew member, he shrugged his shoulders to say that’s it. I didn’t bother to speak to management and left. I won’t be returning to that location!

I’ve been going to this wingstop since last summer and it’s been the best one in this area since I started eating here. The store is always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They’re very consistent and everyone seems super nice. It always gives off great vibes and positivity with the cashiers. I’ve been to very very awful wingstops around the area and I will never betray this wingstop again. Thank you guys for being the best and allowing us to eat good food. Give them a raise. NOWWWWW.

Came to pick up an Uber delivery at this location, got told I need to swipe and start delivery before I get the delivery…I was like no…I’m leaving my app in a state so I can get a second order for pick up. They said it’s their policy so I was like hey…let someone else come for it…you guys will not dictate how I run my operation and certainly will not affect my money…at this point it’s just a location I won’t ever set foot in again.

Serving can take long almost never ready on time; location is clean. They offer delivery as well due to the pandemic. need management to get things on time even when there are many staff members! I wish the customer service was better. Wings were too dry and not marinated enough.
