Don’t think I have ever come across “sup man”, when you walk in, and then not a word when they hand you the bag, which they screwed that up. The other persons order they handed us, the wings tasted very bad (not sure how you get “spicy” but “flavorless”). Unfortunate as I was looking forward to decent wings. My last visit was a bad one. The time they took to make 20 wings was overboard 30 minutes. They gave me overcooked wings and they gave me all drums which I didn’t ask for terrible service maybe my last time going there. Although I ate some of them because I was hungry I had to throw the rest of them out because they were overcooked. I also called in my order and was put on hold. I drove about 2 miles by the time I got out my car and walked to the store and opened the door was when the order taker said hello and I told the lady she just hung up on me.

This was my first time at Wing Stop since moving to the Ellicott city area, I wanted to share my amazing experience . From the start, I was greeted as soon as I entered the place. I ordered my favorite lemon pepper flavor.During my ordering I inquired about the Hawaiian flavor but still order my lemon pepper wings. The order took about 10 minutes and the guy brought my order out and thanked me for my service. However, when I opened the bag I realized he gifted me some Hawaiian flavor wings to sample. i could’ve gotten better food out of the mcdonald’s dumpster. the mild hot sauce isn’t even spicy and there’s dye in it so it stains your hands. also get better employees who wear their jeans above their underwear.

Was excited for this place to open, but it was really disappointing. It was heavily staffed – about 10 people I could count – but it seemed very disorganized and took 30 minutes to get my order as the only customer there. Wings are very small and in my opinion, not worth the money. Flavor is also off and done wrong.
