I visited the restaurant on 7/17/23. There was an extremely long line and the crew looked busy. I stool and waited for my food. At approximately 7:30 pm, a customer came in about their food. The customer made it clear they accidentally ordered mild and their child actually wanted the hot flavor. The cashier- a small girl with curly- had to get the manager to process the request. The manager comes over and tells the associate to go to the back of the office for something. The girl turns to go to the back of the store- the manager then tells her to “hurry up” in a really rude and disgusting tone. The manager then starts whistling at her to catch her attention as she walks away. The girl either didn’t hear her or ignored her because she’s not a dog. The manager then starts tapping the counter really hard to get her attention instead of just saying the employees name. The way the “manager” spoke to the crew was completely unacceptable. There was blatant disrespect to the employees. Not everyone should be a manager. I do plan to contact corporate regarding this incident. I was disgusted. I received my food and it was bland. The fries were undercooked. But I suppose that’s what happens when your manager is rushing you to complete your job. No one should be spoken to in that way.

I get home and open the wing container and noticed a funny/rancid smell coming from the 10pc wings I ordered and the fries had no seasoning. I called the restaurant and let them know and instead of just refunding me my money back through the Wingstop app, their shift lead made me drive back to give the food back and refund me in cash. When I asked why it couldn’t be refunded on my card, she said she didn’t want to delay my refund because it’s the weekend and would take five business. I don’t know why she lied and didn’t just tell me that herself on the phone when I called but please do not come to this location!!! They way they handle the food is disgusting and the situation was handled poorly!

The wings were fried hard as I requested but the flavor was definitely bland I got garlic parm and lemon pepper. It taste like fried chicken that’s it. I also had blue cheese and ranch it was watery and tasteless. I tried wingstop because of word of mouth. I was terribly disappointed and upset I wasted $17. I wouldn’t recommend this franchise to anyone.

I ordered on door dash and my boyfriend got the new chicken sandwich which he said was good. But my 15 count wings were overcooked and dry. I bit in one of the bones and it broke. Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt I tried sitting them in the ranch and that didn’t even work. Highly disappointed

So I started to see a lot of the new marketing of the new lemon pepper fried chicken sandwich which I had to give it a go & try it out. That said, while it was rather good my only REAL complaint was I couldn’t taste the lemon in the lemon pepper to the slightest. I don’t know if it was forgotten or if they use a lower quality lemon pepper (often cheap lemon pepper taste much less of lemon while a good brand… Victoria Gourmet for instance, it tastes lemon forward).. next time I’ll ask for extra seasoning to see if that helps. That said, the corn is always amazing.. I’ve never had a bad side meal item that I can recall at least. Also I’ve made a comment about a year ago that their soda machine which seemed to produce flat soda no matter when you went as it happened several times over months.. I feel that issue has been addressed & is now fixed as it tastes like coke now.

2nd time visiting. Both times they’ve forgotten multiple items. When returning to get what was missing its always a long wait time(at least 30mins). Also the wings are never labeled so we have no clue what’s what. So it’s an issue when you have several others who ordered too! They also did not have the promotional flavors for The Secret Invasion. This location has rude employees and terrible service. I do not recommend.

I did an online order for lunch time. I placed my order at 1130 for a 1215 pickup. I got there at 1213 to pick up my order. I got in my car heading back to work and I had ice cold fries. They should be happy that I had to return to work or else they would’ve gotten the cold fries back!

Paid for 20 pieces of boneless wings and could’ve gotten a better show from a McDonald’s or a Burger King. These are nothing like the Wing Stop by Fort Meade and we will not be going here again. Will also be asking for a refund for mainly breading without chicken. That’s a cabinet key bigger than these wings and wine cork for an example.

I placed a To-Go order on 4/22/23. Unfortunately, I’m asked if I want to tip in advance. I tipped 18%. Got there and staff was curt. No napkins in my carryout bag and I was shorted dipping sauce. I paid extra for a large ranch. Keep in mind my 20 wing order came with one dip. There were 3 dips in the bag. The young woman at the counter tells me these two small extra dips is equal to a large. I don’t argue. Fortunately, another customer offered me one of her dips because she had “more than enough.” Now, let me get to the food quality. I ordered the parmesan wings, Korean spicy wings and honey BBQ. The wings were a bit overcooked and dry. Overall, not worth my 20 minute trip because I was yearning for delicious chicken wings.
