What a disappointment. Go to Golds Gym next door regularly and finally gave them a chance as a planned reward for a milestone. My teen and I both ordered a 6 PC wing combo with fries and proceeded to wait .. 45! minutes. It was a Friday afternoon at 4 something. Food was actually good, although the dine in is very cramped and no trash cans. Overall, #notworththewait – despite their marketing seeming to suggest.

Terrible service…I ordered 6 weeks ago, spent $25 of my heard earned on a 15 piece tender box..besides waiting and EXTRA 30 mins past my pick up time, my tenders were all smashed into one box, and I purchased 3 different flavors mind you. They were all mixed by the time I got home, the tenders were fried too hard before being flavored AND I have yet to speak with someone about a refund after SEVERAL email attempts, because OF COURSE you cannot get in contact with ANYONE…waste of time and money because I ended up throwing most away!

I’ve never been to a place where employees are using profanity/complaining about things they have to do at close. One employee young lady have her whole underwear showing, very unprofessional. I walked in and there was no greeting but they were looking at us. Plus it took them 5 minutes just to take our order. Something needs to be done because this is not a place i would want to eat from again.

The wings are only flavored on the outside and not properly cooked from the inside. Also, the way they cooked it, it looks like they had dipped it in the sauce and put it in the oven straight up. And lastly, terrible fries uncooked.

I’m reading a few of these reviews on here and think those people obviously visited another Wing Stop. The people in this store couldn’t have been more helpful! The lady Michelle took her time in explaining to me the different flavors they offered and helped me make a wonderful decision! If it weren’t for her taking time out to help me with making a selection; I would have been totally lost. So, a huge thank you goes out to Michelle! And the other employees that were there were very friendly as well. Keep up the good job and continued teamwork!!

Usually good food but the staff are trash. Said the order was ready at 208 i been here a half hour waiting then the food was cold Also the little white girl with funky looking lips got an attitude problem. This will be the last time I come for awhile. (Maybe give them time to get new staff)

I go to Wingstop all up and down the east coast because I love there food and I travel for work. but I live right by this location and every once in awhile I order from here and it’s just never that great, the food is always not cooked the way I ask. Tonight I ordered and I asked for all flats and they just totally ignored that because the people that work at this location are incompetent. And the fries were okay but they didn’t listen to my instructions of extra seasoning. It’s clear to me that the manager at this location has zero clue about what goes on at his store.
