I don’t know why some of the reviews are so bad. I’ve never had a bad experience and the food is always good. It’s a carry-out restaurant; you’re not going to get a 5-star meal. My wings are always hot and I love the hand-cut fries. It definitely beats a Buffalo Wild Wings or America’s Best.

We got there at 10 the door and the internet says they close at 11 bit one of the employees said they close at 10:30. We paid for our food and proceeded to wait inside. Several people came in ordered and were served before us. One didn’t even pay. The fries were cold and felt like they had just tried to put them under the warming light.

Order 10 wings for my son, opened box and only 7 wings. No problem, right! Just go right back in less then 30 seconds and let them know! But instead of just giving me three more wings…they manager said there were 10 wings in the box and accused me of lying WHAT????? Wow, WIngstop! As quickly as I turned around and came back in good customer service would have apologized and just corrected my order! But instead you lost a customer for good! Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received! Not to mention the overall lack luster performance from the whole team! No one greeted a single customer with a “hello” or “welcome” or “thank you” in the entire 20 minutes I was there. I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to sit in my car to post this. You (young manager/ shift leader) were given the opportunity to correct a simple mistake, but instead gave poor service and had an attitude when I respectfully asked for a refund! Shame that these young women are representing this brand so poorly. Do better ladies!!! Do better!!! Working hard is about your character not the other person! I wasn’t even an irate customer. Just wanted the three wings I paid for ♀️

I have been to this place a few times now. I really like the boneless chicken wings here. The voddoo fries here are amazing. I always have these when I be there. I also found the customer service good here. They were all obedient. The sauces are highlight here. I really like the garlic parmesan sauce here.

I received the worst possible customer service today. I ordered delivery directly from the Wingstop website. I got a text with a photo attached saying my order was delivered. The picture showed a door that was NOT mine. I had no idea where my food was. The driver delivered to the wrong house. When I called about a possible refund and/or redelivery the lady told me I should just come and pickup my food. (I ordered delivery so that I wouldn’t have to leave the house with my disabled toddler) Then the lady told me to just call DoorDash customer service. I didn’t order through DoorDash so I didn’t understand at first why I needed to call them. I quickly realized that Wingstop must use DoorDash to make their deliveries. Ok. No problem.

Customer service wasn’t bad but I literally just witnessed the cashier drop tenders with his bare hands.. he walked from the register where he took my order, straight to the back and dropped food. Didn’t even have common courtesy to wash his hands… smh
