I come here relatively often, and this location has always been great service and food wise. Other reviews complaining of service or wait times should try doing an online pick up order because I’ve had all my great experiences through that channel. I only accept delivery orders for this place if it pays exceptionally well. The staff treats delivery drivers with suspicion and contempt. I’ve delivered in much rougher areas and experienced much better treatment from restaurant staff.

Definitely worth going. I really love their mango harbenero it’s a perfect mix of spicy and sweet. This place is definitely worth the try. I’m obsessed with their ranch wish I knew what brand it was, and I typically don’t like ranch.

The guy behind the counter called me the B word because I requested (nicely) the ranch I paid for. He was rude for the entire visit. I can get friendly service at a sit down restaurant for the same price I paid at Wing Stop. Don’t waste your time, don’t stop at Wing Stop. (And a meal for 2 was $33.00) Fries were soggy and flavorless.

The wings are not out of this world. The mild lack more sauce, they’re semi dry and that’s not what was expected, the seasoning on the lemon pepper left much to be desired. Overall the wings are edible and okay. The fries are sweet which is not something common and not at all what we were looking for, they’re also pretty soggy. All in all, the food is really average.

I can’t taste the food because they said they weren’t taking walk-ins at 8:45pm, but they’re open until 11pm. We would happily sit at a table and wait a reasonable amount of time, but nope, that’s not an option.

Meh. Not impressed; not sure about the hype. Just to try it, we ordered 6pc bone-in combo with barbeque sauce, fries, drink and blue cheese dip. First off, service was good from the cashier; he was friendly and greeted customers as they came in. Dine in or carry-out is an option. Since food is to order, we waited about 15 minutes; we took it to go. Chicken was chewy, skin was limp and the sauce was okay, fries saved the meal from being a total waste. I would return just to try the boneless, but don’t think this will be my ‘go to’ place for wings.

Ordered Louisiana Rub. Waited 20 min and had to go behind the counter to get my bag because the staff was too busy to notice someone was at the counter. When I got home and looked at my order I noticed I barely got any seasoning on my chicken. I wanted to drive back and request a refund, but I was too hungry. They did not include any sauce or asked if I wanted sauce. I usually get wings from the Gaithersburg Goshen store, but decided to try this location because it’s closer. Won’t return.

First and last time customer. This place is so overrated in my opinion, went in for the first time to see what the hype was about. Let me say I was not impressed, none of the staff wore hair nets nor gloves. Witnessed an employee digging in her ear them grabbed food with the same hand, that is so nasty. The wait time for 10 wings and a side of fries was over 20 minutes, will never go back.
