Only ordered fries, waited for 15 minutes for them. they made them in old grease and the fries were soggy and barely had seasoning. The restaurant was empty and it was 3:00 in the afternoon which is peculiar for a chain restaurant in the middle of the day ON A WEEKEND. Lmao but I digress, the employees were merely standing around when I walked into this establishment which was a reflection of the food I had today. Ordered a sandwich and wings 40 minutes ahead. Came to pick up, not ready. Waited 15 minutes, not ready. Left the store and came back 15 minutes later, not ready. That’s 75 minutes later. Emailed for refund. No refund. They sent me a gift card for $5 which is less than what I paid and got no food. This is a joke.

5 stars only for the employees that worked today (29 July 2023 1700-2300). They did what they could with what they had. They deserve a raise or something. They kept their cool. To the manager, you’re flat out garbage. Why would you only schedule 3 people on a Saturday night with a UFC fight going on? What is wrong with you? My 12 year old son has been begging all week to get wings from this spot. I wasn’t gonna budge on my no… Then one day I was so tired after work I caved. Pretty good. I felt my chicken was fried hard (slightly overcooked & a bit dry). The flavors were nice. Fries were ok. They could have been cooked a little longer. I’ll have it again and recommend you try it for yourself. My son can hardly wait.

Very disappointing. First off this location can’t follow simple instructions, when you pay extra to get all drums they completely disregard the paid request. Regarding the wings, the parm Garlic were very dry and nothing more than fried wings with parmesean cheese sprinkled on them. The wings also lacked an appropriate level of meat and contained lots of cartilage. Probably one of the worst wing spots I’ve ever been to. Eat at your own risk. We paid almost $90 bucks for 30 wings and truly feel ripped off. We will NOT be returning here ever again.

Ordered wings, fries, and the chicken sandwich for takeout from this location a few times and the food has been consistently good. Only that one time I ordered boneless garlic wings, and it was a bit too oily so that’s the only time I was let down. But overall the food is good here. I’d definitely recommend for bone in wings and the chicken sandwich.

Ive never seen a district manager be so rude to thier employess the DM’s name is chris he is the most impatient lazy passive agressive district manager ever! They do not care about the mental health of their employees! Their family member will die and chris will not even care and make you work anyway! And then will actlike he did nothing wrong! I was told my order will take 25 minutes. It took 50 minutes with no apologies from the staff. Very expensive for not a lot of food. They gave us the crumbs (pieces) of fries. I walked away mad. Horrible experience
