This place needs to be shut down immediately. Management sucks, food sucks, everything….sucks. no ac, bugs, the list goes on. It should be illegal running a store like this. GO TO DIAMOND SPRINGS OR VIRGINIA BEACH BLVD. Those stores are actually well managed and the food tastes great.

Stopped in at around 8:45pm on a Tuesday. Woman behind the counter was very nice. Cajun and Original Hot boneless wings were both good, voodoo fries were worth the upgrade, but their regular fries are good too. Took maybe 10 mins or less to get food and they got a big TV with sports on in there.

THE WERE HORRIBLE! First off, the hot wings had barely any sauce on them, the garlic parmesean had no garlic and were very bland. To top it off they forgot to put veggies in the bag. We spent 25.00 for nothing. I’m never going back. If I didn’t live so far I would have taken them back

Horrible customer service. I placed a delivery order and was missing 1/2 my order. When I called to tell them I was told I could come pick up the missing items. I said I paid a fee for delivery along with a tip but I still have to drive there to get the rest of my order. The girl on the phone told me they had no delivery drivers actually there and I would get a refund. When I got to the store my order was still missing items and when asked about the refund I was told either take the food or get the refund so I said keep the food but was then told I had to go home and bring back the rest of my order to get a refund and still wouldn’t be refunded tip or delivery fee. I was then told they did their job and made the food and it was not their fault I didn’t get it all! I said it wasn’t mine either yet I’m out money, time, and gas and still don’t have my food! The food I did get was obviously cold and wings were over cooked and chewy and were 1/2 the size of a normal wing. I used to love WingStop and would even order it for office parties but after this experience I will NEVER give this store a dime again and neither will my office or my husband’s office!
