The last 3 times I’ve went, I ordered prior to showing up. 1st they say they didn’t get my online order. 2nd time, ordered over the phone get there to pick it up and was told I had to pay for my order before they start cooking it which wasn’t told to me over the phone. In fact, she had given me 2 options. Lastly, today was told that they may have given my food to another customer so had to wait for them to remake it! So every time I ordered ahead to save me some time, I still had to end up waiting after I arrive. Mind you, I live 25 mins away already!

Overcharging for watered down dipping sauces, the bone-in wings are 20% more than boneless for whatever reason, and they serve them soggy even though you asked for well done, and almost no sauce to speak of, just wings lightly coated with no flavor and lying in a pool of grease. Clearly this company is greedy and their employees incompetent. $50 to feed two people ain’t gonna fly if the food is trash.

These people can’t keep up! Placed an order online, it stated that it would be done in 43-48 minutes. Came in an hour later only to be told that there would still be a wait. Even worse is people coming in to order were turned around because “we aren’t taking any orders, you’ll have to order online.” This is due to being short staffed…however it didn’t stop an employee from filling his drink up and walking outside. Music blaring serious rap very loudly from the food preparation area and this place is less than clean. It’s now 9:15p and still waiting.

My cheese fries were bland and somehow flavorless and on top of that the ranch was the same. The Cajun wings I got were very dry and were not at all hot in any way. The only thing that was enjoyable was the lemon pepper wings. Overpriced for what you will receive overall

I came here on 12/17/20 at lunch time. I ordered online with my co worker and we picked it up. Staff were friendly and wearing a mask. Masks are required. Their dining room area is not open at this time. They do have hand sanitizer by the register. You are allowed to get your own beverage from the drink machine. My wings were nice and crispy. I got garlic Parmesan (dry rub) and lemon pepper (dry rub). I like the lemon pepper better, however. I got celery at my side instead of fries. I got a cheese sauce to dip and it was good. The 8 wing lunch combo was like $10. It wasn’t bad at all and came with a drink. I will definitely be back. They have 60 cent wings on Monday and Tuesdays, per their website. I now know to go on those days. My friend/co worker got a roll, in which staff said they make daily. My friend stated that it was really good and she enjoys bread.

I ordered a 20 piece plain wing with the sauce on the side and they only gave me one small container. I ask could get extra because the one small sauce wasn’t going to cover 20 wings. The manager Dominique told the cashier to make sure he charged me. I told the cashier it would be more sauce coating the wings. The cashier told me that he wouldn’t charge me if it was up to him. I dropped by there today after I got off work. Everything was well got my order came home I had the parmesan wings. And my son and I had the large thigh. The meat was not done. There was blood running out of it both pieces. I threw up it was so disgusting. When I called to let them know, they didn’t offer to give me my money back nor anything to try to fix the problem.
