Absolutely disgusted! Ordered Honey Hot Rub & garlic Parmesan. They were drenched in so much freaking oil. This don’t make no sense. And neither has any flavor. $15 for trash. She gave me an extra cup so atleast I got 2 drinks. This place has went downhill. I’m done

Sometimes I feel a little unsafe due to the area but the biggest issue I have is the Customer Service. The cashiers do not care and wait time is over 15mins just for a online order or doordash pick up order. The chiefs are more caring than the actual employees.

Been to Wingstops all over the US and this was the worst experience ever. Literally just ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo and a 10 piece wing. They give me my order after like 15 minutes and it’s a good thing I checked it because it is just the wings. So I tell the cashier they haven’t given me anything on the combo and I name off the sandwich, the fries or the drink. So I wait about another 15 minutes and they come out with a small container with just my sandwich. I then have to tell them Again I do not have my fries or drink. At this time I get my drink but have to wait another 15 minutes for my fries and after all of that 45 minutes after ordering they finally complete a Chicken Sandwich combo order. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff has no care that they took soo long because they couldn’t complete a simple order. The management and corporate really need to examine how this location is ran because they do not live up to normal Wingstop service standards.

We ordered food on the wingstop website. It gave a time that the food would be ready. My husband went to pick it up and 1.5 hours later he gets the food. The first time the order was wrong, it was missing all the sides. Then he gets home and we see the order is wrong and the fries are burnt! This place was disgusting and if they can’t keep up with online orders, then they shouldn’t offer it! We will NOT be back. Save yourself the trouble people, go to Buffalo Brothers.

Do not recommend at all. Spoke to acting manager Angela who could careless about this place. I tried to explain to her our food wasn’t prepared correctly. I was told call back the next day and if I wanted to post do it. Not too sure what is happening with this place. Poor customer service the food was over cooked and. Do not go here. Done orders were sitting for 30 minutes and no one called out names. Multiple people frustrated. Thought a fight might break out between customer and staff over order paid but not completed. We will never goto this location again. It’s needs better management. -5 stars.

My medium wings were fried extremely hard and with way too much grease in my container. I came back in to ask them to be remade and the girls response was “I can remake them but they’ll come out the same”. I absolutely hate this location and was reminded why I stopped coming here.
