I’m giving 5 stars because of the service I received from Jayquwan!! Amazing young man with great customer service especially for a fast food joint. I’m just disappointed it says online you can dine in but there is obviously no where to sit in and eat. I travel for work and wanted to dine in instead of take out. Food was great got the hot lemon pepper flavor !!!

I usually NEVER have an issue with this place. But tonight, they messed my stuff it forreal! Maybe it’s because I ordered late, I’m not sure, but my fries looked like they been sitting for at least 20 minutes. They were HARD as hell and overly salted. I couldn’t even finish them and I had a whole tray. Also they forgot my ranch, which is the worst thing you could ever do to a Wingstop lover ♀️.

This place is straight GHETTO AND TRASH. They don’t care about the food the make or the customers. There’s a bunch of teenagers working there who could care less about safety, the customer, and BASIC MANNERS. The front desk girl was rude as hell. When they messed up my order, they all thought it was funny and it took another 15 minutes before he even helped me because “he forgot”. There’s Noone to hold these KIDS accountable. OVERALL it took another 35 min for 1 chicken sandwich that they forgot. And it was TOSSED TOGETHER. To put the icing on the terrible cake… After I asked them 5 times and had it remade. There was still PICKLES ON IT.

I order a 10 piece chicken bone in combo, I’ve must say this the worse I ever had. The chicken was cook good but the sauce and seasoning wasn’t on the chicken at all, the fries was hard as a brick and the sprite soda tasted like a Alka-Seltzer. I would like to get a refund back. The only wingstop I’ve ever been to where the wings give me horrifically bad diarrhea. Always get the same order and sauce from any one I go to, but the two times I went here it was absolutely horrible to my stomach. Idk if the grease isn’t changed out enough or the equipment not deep cleaned, but there’s something in there the others do better

The food was made quickly but was absolutely disgusting. The workers were dress unprofessional. There was no hair tied up or hats, no proper attire, and slides in the kitchen. the workers where fooling around in the back hitting each other and when our food arrived it was over seasoned more than it should’ve which made the food unenjoyable. When we got the fries it looked very salty and when we ate the fries, to our surprise it was actually sugar on the fries instead of salt as a mistake and it was drenched in sugar. The atmosphere was very dangerous and uncomfortable.
