Just had lunch here today for the first time and it was a great experience. The chicken wings were among the best I’ve had in North Carolina by far. The gentleman who was making them was really nice and told us when the food was almost done. We liked them so much we ordered a second plate! We’ll definitely be coming back!

The young lady at the counter was pleasant but didn’t seem knowledgeable about the food. One young Hispanic guy was coming on duty and his hair was strewn everywhere like he just got out of bed. The staff were in the back in eyes view talking in Spanish and didn’t even acknowledge that I was at the counter. The boy with the head full of hair got her attention and she came to the counter. While he finished his drink in the front by the counter. Just off of appearances I had a feeling that my food was going to sub par . I had the best experience in Greenville where the service was great from the moment I entered. Ugh the food was sooo good and the fries delectable which is why I had to try it again. Well, this Raleigh location was horrible!!!!! The food . My friend looked like they were three days old. They were skinny and brown. When I showed the manager I heard him ask the boys when they last changed the oil. He said it wasn’t charged. I don’t know why I didn’t ask for my money back. Oh, because I was starving!!!!! He had them give me more fries which looked the same. And had the nerve to say,” These fries just came up”. I’m upset that I didn’t take a picture of the food. Nothing like the Greenville location . This hasn’t deterred me. Ill just make sure I go back to Greenville. They need ALL NEW STAFF. The kids there just care about getting paid. No one had hats on. I never saw the guy with all the hair wash his hands. I’m so disgusted with this location. And the manager looked at a new applicant and his current employee like he was flirting with them. Unprofessional. Please don’t eat from this location.

Worst Wingstop I have ever been to!! My food (2 traditional hotboxes all flats) and it came out cold. Like completely cold. I had both orders remade and the remake tasted awful, even though warmer. I returned this order and asked for hot honey instead. I was given all drums. I won’t be returning here.

90% of the time they will forget to put items in the bag and you can’t call to get your $ back bc voicemail isn’t set up. Wingstop in general have horrible management. I’ve never been to a wing stop that is consistent.

If I could rate this zero stars I would !!!! They were nonchalant and rude when I called to inform them they missed pretty much my entire meal on one of my orders but that was only after they hung up on us the first time we called. The 2 young women were only concerned about getting back to their conversation instead of helping their team members because it seemed as if the cook was a bit overwhelmed since he was doing so much on his own.
