This is a great place for wings, if you know how to order them. If you get boneless…order them well done…otherwise they are almost always a bit pink in the middle and will prob make you sick. My rating is based off the amount of times me and my friends have been there and gotten sick (1 out of every 5 times). The food is great, the Cajun corn cobb pieces are delicious and something other places don’t have. The lemon pepper and Hot flavors are my favorite.

Worst customer service ever, where is it acceptable to order service online ONLY, most people I’ve known generally visit the establishment on place an order. My GF and I went to the store and was requesting the new flavor they had (crunch time) however it wasn’t available online, so we decided to go to the store. We were told that they don’t take orders in the store, that we should place all orders online. I would give it zero stars, but that option isn’t available. I would never eat from wing stop ever again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

DO NOT order from them online. (For ex. Uber). Their free wings deal on Uber Eats is a scam I’ve tried it twice and they didn’t send the bonus wings or ANY sauce both times lol. Not eating with them anymore. Also they don’t answer the phone.

I have eaten here some and never had an issue. Ordered doordash tonight and everything that we ordered was subpar or completely wrong. And when you call its take it up with Doordash. It’s not doordash fault that you guys made the order wrong. Wrong seasoning of stuff and we got a side of only carrot sticks and ended up with a side of only celery. I just hate paying for stuff and it being so wrong.

I was extremely disappointed with my long wait (45 minute wait). My boyfriend ordered his food. Long enough for me to get out of my car and go inside to see what the issue was. They had overloaded the fryer and grease had went everywhere. None of the cooks were wearing gloves. This is a health inspectors worst nightmare for sure.

This place has lost my business. Cold wings, soggy undercooked fries, shorted a wing. This place has gone completely downhill. The employees could care less. If you want good wings, stay away from this place. Tried to call, they wouldn’t pick up the phone after multiple attempts. Horrible business. I will never come here again. And I urge everyone to choose somewhere else. JJ wings is the best. I recommend going there instead.
