The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here’s what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn’t too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Don’t miss the extra parking in the back that’s easier to have more space in if you have a big vehicle.

Came here on March 22nd, (Keyon) the manager was super helpful! He took my order quickly, helped me fill out the survey to get free wings and fries. Some lady came in and was disrespectful to him and he took it very professional and nicer than I would have. I would recommend coming to this WingStop over any other one. They care about the customers and aren’t just after your money. The wait might take a little while but it’s totally worth it! I also got more food than I ordered, for free. Never had orderd at a wing stop and probably never will! At least this store we walked in on 8/21/23 ordered 15 traditional wings and 1 large fry the wings were okay but thee fries were horrible i mean dry, burnnttt. Looked like sticks and dry leafs. We just threw them away. We waited over 20 mins for the take out only to find out on the way home our fries were like this. I guess they didnt want to prepare new fries.

Came to try this location and was highly disappointed. My food was horrible. The chicken was fatty and soggy and when I called back for a refund Ronda answered and said “I’m not about to do that” when I asked her to repeat herself she said she wasn’t allowed to do that and told me to wait until the GM arrived the next day. When I called I politely asked for him and he said “ I don’t have time to deal with that I’m on a conference call”. THROW THE WHOLE TEAM AND CREW AWAY!!! Throw the food away! Don’t walk, RUN!

Ordered a doordash from this store…received a 10 boneless wing that had enough sauce for 4 pieces of chicken and was overcooked. Would really appreciate a full refund that DD couldn’t offer as it was the restaurant’s responsibility.

The Dip Issue!!! I called to order the 24 wing pack. Websites shows it comes with up to 4 flavors and 3 dips. I asked the lady for two ranch and one blue cheese, she tells me they don’t allow that. WHAT?! She says the 3 dips must be the same. WHY?! Makes no sense. I logged on the website just to see if this were true when ordering online and it WAS NOT true. I strongly suggest ordering online.

Wife and I wanted to eat, walked in and it was very Smokey, the employees didn’t care and looked like they hated being there. One employee had their phone playing music over a Bluetooth speaker super loud, we couldn’t even hear each other, drink station was messy, out of ice, food looked burnt when we checked it, missing corn and ranch, asked the manager for a refund and was told to call back the next day and speak to the gm for a refund since the shift manager couldn’t issue one. I only gave 1 star because I had to buy really wouldn’t give it any stars at all. That store has went down hill in the past 3 years.
