I received a bad batch of wings today. Also, I ordered a 15 count, and received a 13 count. I informed the manager of the issues that I was having, with my order. He suggested that I drive back to the restaurant to return the order,before issuing a refund. I wasn’t going to waste additional time,and gas to drive there. I’d rather find another restaurant to support. The employees do not take pride,in there job. It was evident, with how my order was prepared. Please refer to the photos.

Hi we ordered lots of fries and wings and half of the order was missing and the fries were burnt. This was over 200$ worth of food that was carelessly made. When we attempted to get our money back our friend was verbally attacked and assaulted by a employee of this store. One of the employees was in the kitchen in her pajamas and was not even wearing a hairnet. Do not recommend this location. Unsafe conditions.

I am utterly appalled. I ordered dinner for me and my daughter as a single mother, using my last paycheck. I expected some high quality food as the reviews on this store had been high. When I opened my bag, there were free fallen wings in the bag so I had to dispose them, leaving me with only 18 wings. The ranch dipping sauce I got tasted sour and expired, nothing like I’ve seen or tasted before. The chicken was almost PINK making it uncomfortable to eat them, leaving me with 14 wings. We were scared to eat the other wings considering the other ones weren’t cooked and I also ordered for them to be WELL DONE. A few of them were fine but we were scared. There was also ranch dripping to the bottom of the bag and I didn’t get my Dr Pepper that I ordered and paid for. I am not happy and will never use doordash again or order from Wingstop. Stop from ordering wings!

So I am typing this as my family is eating dine in. I understand why there is conflicting reviews on this location. Today is Saturday and the place is empty and it took over 20 minutes to get a 6 piece wing and 5 tenders with fries. After waiting for our order I decided to go get a refill on my drink and I saw the person who took my order sitting down near the kitchen eating. When I inquired about my order one of the cooks put it on a tray and had it ready at the window. So let’s have a quick session on the state of business in today’s climate with positive and negative reviews. If owners and upper management doesn’t invest in traning and paying these employees to really care then the reviews will continue to be below average and this Location will probably become a delivery only spot or will eventually close due to the lack of Traffic that comes in-and-out of this place now. I must admit despite some of the other reviews who complained about the food it was actually good. And at the end of the meal a member of management did poke out and asked how was the food. So kudos to this guy who was on duty 6/17 at 3:30pm.

I ordered online, went in to pick up my order and the employees were complaining about another customer saying they got the wrong food. Said she ordered all flats but they say she didn’t. I got home and clearly had this ladies food as I didn’t order all flats or honey wings or spicy. They’re clearly rude. I tried calling for 20 minutes and the phone keeps going straight to busy. Horrific service. DONT WORK WITH PEOPLE IF YOU CANT WORK WITH PEOPLE.

So ordered my food at 9pm and I was in town from Atlanta waited and waited and finally it was going on a hr for the wait time. I asked the young man what’s going on he asked me what did I order I’m like are you serious. They lost my ticket so I had to show him the ticket I had . I ordered a 30 piece 20 mild and 10 lemon pepper no blue cheese or ranch and fries were cold. Just throw the whole location away. This is bad business

Where do I begin, walked in waited at the register for 17 mins watching the employees sing dance and curse look at me . I finally walked out after not being greeted.
