the service here is amazing. i ordered some fries and a large ranch and got it delivered. they forgot the ranch so i called the store and the manager DELIVERED IT PERSONALLY TO MY HOUSE. amazing. i’ve never received such wonderful customer service before. he truly went above and beyond and i can not thank him enough.

I got home with our order and we were missing 10 boneless wings that we added to our combos. We called the store and alerted them of the mistake and asked them to remake our entire order. We wanted to ensure when sat down to eat we could enjoy fresh food. I arrived to pick up the order and was only given the missing part. When I asked about remaking the entire order I was told they only made what was missing. Because they were not willing to remake our order, I asked for a refund giving them all the food back. I was told there was no one there that could issue a refund. I was told I could come back in in an hour, for the 3rd time, and see the manager. We have frequented Wing Stop for years and have enjoyed having one much closer to home. It is very disappointing that there is no management at 6:00 on a Friday night to address customer service complaints and issue refunds. Not sure we’ll be back!

Just checked out this location today. Decided to get some wings and fries. I ordered on the app and got to the restaurant a little before the order was supposed to be ready. Well it was ready! The food was absolutely perfect. My wings had the perfect amount of sauce. They were so fresh. The fries were fresh. And of course their ranch is always perfect. The restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly! I live 5 minutes away so I will return here many times to come!

The Wingstop in Duncan sucks!! I put in my order and the chick that took my order forgot what I ordered she ask me like three times what I ordered! Then it took them forever in a day for my food to get ready! Like why every time we get a new restaurant that people like in Spartanburg and Duncan the food and service always suck! Like come on you just open do better! And by the way my chicken was hard you could tell the grease has not been changed! SMH!!

Ordered food online at 6:50. Waited until 7:40 to pick up. Arrived and order was not ready. After waiting 30 minutes they said my order was given to somebody else. Asked for a refund and that took another 15 minutes. They would not refund my tip either so they handed me a receipt covered in sauce with writing on the back. Saying I have a $10 dollar gift card to any wing stop lol.

The food is always great per our experience, but the customer service is tragic. Last order which we ordered through the app was missing significant amounts of food. We immediately notified the store which just wanted to refund, but we needed the food. The orders were all half filled. Finally talked to someone who dropped the order for new delivery, and never showed up. Then was told someone else came and picked it up. Seeing how we just moved into town, know no one, and the food that was missing was completely random for a complete order, I call a total LIEEEEEEE. After expressing I do not believe that, and sending a driver once again they finally gave us our food 2.5 hours later with starving kids. I know things happen, but just own up and do what you say you’re going to do without the lies!!!!!

Ordered hot (buffalo) and garlic parmesan boneless wings and they did not disappoint. Fries weren’t too soggy as some have complained. They said the wait would be 7-8 mins, and it was ready in 7. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. 100% better than Wingstop in Spartanburg.

I have been waiting for Wingstop to come to our area. It has been here for some months. The lemon pepper wings were fantastic. I called in my order, was told it would be ready by 1210p. I walked in at 1220. Order was ready and wings were hot! I was afraid to try it from the poor reviews but my experience was totally different. Will order from them again- AND SOON!!
