Food is good,but someone needs to put some time and attention into this location. Went a few weeks ago and some drinks were unavailable at the fountain. Went yesterday and only Crush was available due to leaking lines. They had some drinks in the cooler that were available, but no basic Coke or Sprite. Credit cards were not able to be used…cash only. Also all the tvs need to be replaced – they have a double image that makes them hard to look at.

Before you order dine in, ask if they have forks. We spent almost $70 to eat wings and fries to find out they expected us to eat with our hands. When we asked for to go boxes the cashier looked at us like we were crazy. Not impressed with my first wing stop experience.

The food… amazing. The employees.. literally the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve lived in beaufort for 8 years and I cannot remember a time that my order was correct. You order boneless? They give you Bone-in. You order ranch? They don’t give you ranch. “There isn’t any ranch in here” you say. (employee argues) “I specifically remember putting ranch in there, you’ll have to pay for another”. (I show him the inside of the bag, with no ranch). “Oh I really thought you was tryna steal a ranch” he says. Employees sigh loudly when you walk in to order.. they obviously hate their job and/ or life. Literally never ordering from this wingstop again.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order over the phone, got to the restaurant and picked up my food. Got to the house and noticed BLOOD was in my order. I immediately drove back to wingstop to show them and one of the employees tried to convince me that what I was seeing was just sauce from the wings. (Good thing I took pictures, and captured the blood on a piece of napkin) I then stated that what is on the napkin is not sauce from the wings it is actual blood, due to the fact that what is on the napkin is DARKER than the sauce. He then stated “ohhh yeah, you are right”.. sir, I know I am right, I 100% knows what blood looks like. Then I proceeded to get my refund! Please, if you order from this place please check your order!! Dealing with blood, especially IN FOOD, is a very serious matter.
