The employees were friendly and efficient. We asked for our wings to be cooked crispy and they were not. Some of them were soft with no crisp at all. The flavors were good. The french fries were hot and delicious. One piece of a drummette was included as a full wing and that’s a shame.

Went there to get lunch. I waited twenty minutes didn’t even get Acknowledged for twenty minutes. And when I finally did she asked if I was picking up an order I said no I wanna place one. She said well you should’ve ordered online. Then went back to doing what she was doing. I get people are short staffed. I didn’t make a fuss and waited to be recognized. But to be ignored after you realize me there and that I need to order. I left and will not be back. It would’ve taken less than two minutes to have taken my order.
