When I first walked in there was a new face I had never seen before and I asked her name she replied with Ella Mae OH HOW CUTE☺️THATS MY GRANDMOTHER NAME! greeted me with a smile and hello. Are you picking up, or placing an order followed with another smile, white and really pretty teeth too. I was asked did I have a drink with my order and to please give them about ten minutes. I was greeted by such a pleasant lady by the name of Ms D. She made sure I got all of my food and it was nice and hot, she read my order back to me and gave me my card with MY RECIEPT, which is rare because most places forget. The short fat cashier with the glasses is so rude and the tall darkskin manager is no better! I don’t appreciate how I was treated and I hope they closed the store down. Said she would slap me after I said she was rude! and walked off picked up her loose cigarette off the counter where they prepare the food. This store is nasty and the people are too! If I could rate this wing stop, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Probably less. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. The woman at the front register decided that she wanted to raise her voice and storm off to the back because my order was incorrect, prior to me ordering online. Is everyone in this establishment under the influence? Seems to be, when there’s employees constantly coming in and out the front entrance smelling like Mary Jane. I would appreciate if this location could learn some professionalism. -5/10

I arrived to pick up my order and was given 3 large bags that were sealed. I got all the way home which was about 15 minutes away to realize that an order of 8 wings had been left off the order and all 3 orders of large fry’s were cold. I called and called them to see what could be done to no avail. I then decided to feed my children before heading back with my cold fry’s for them to correct the mistake. I get about 5 minutes away from the location and someone finally answers the phone. I explained that my wings were left out of my order and the person on the other end of the phone asked what I had, how I placed the order, and what was missing…I then answered all of her questions and was then asked if I had a receipt I said yes and also had the confirmation of my online order. She then tells me to bring all of the food back and the receipt… I explained that at this point I’m almost at her door and will not be bringing anything but my cold fry’s and the receipt because I had already fixed dinner plates for my kids. She said that was fine and I arrived at the location only to be told that she would be right with me after she proceeded to finish 3 other orders before correcting my order of 8 missing wings and 1 order of fresh fry’s. While waiting a young girl grabs a large cup and heads in my direction in which the soda machine is near by. I asked if I could have a large cup for compensation (for the error, my time and gas waisted for coming back…all said in my head) she then turns around takes the large cup back and gives me a water cup saying that’s all she could give me then rolled her eyes and went back to fixing orders. This is not the 1st time I’ve had issues from this location but it is my 1st time leaving a review.

Ordered a hour ago online, door was locked and they said only doing pick up which i was coming in for and only 2 people was here and they said we just now dropping wings so it’s a 20 mins wait so im like okay it’s fine but now it turned to 45 mins i understand when you’re understaffed but close the store because just because your understaffed doesn’t mean don’t make no food now i have to wait longer for food i order a long time ago. i’ve been in the food industry for YEARS and we always closed our store.

The one star is for the lady that took my order with the gold teeth! She was extremely nice and pleasant….. However, I ordered a 10pc lemon pepper with Cajun corn, and a 6pc LP combo! What I received was a 6pc OD (old and dry flavor) and a 7pc garlic something, (which should’ve been a 10pc). The corn tasted old and rubbery with no seasoning and I’m not sure how after spending almost $30, the best part of the meal were the fountain drinks. This place needs major help, starting with simple mathematics ….. Won’t be returning, waste of money and it should be a requirement to be able to count to at least 20 (twenty)!!!
