I am a Wingstop REGULAR and I’ve been to this location before yet when I went 5/24 I was blown away! So, first things first…I had to have a talk with myself about the places I frequent…why and what does that have to do with this Wingstop? Great question! I went to the restroom and was amazed at the cleanliness and presentation of the R.E.S.T.R.O.O.M. My post-COVID acceptance of poor sanitation/worker responsibilities slapped me in the face! Bringing it back to Wingstop, everything from order placement, customer service, the smell and look of the place was all 10’s! I’m calling to speak to the manager! Y’all…I ordered a small order because well, you never know…I was SORRY I didn’t get my regular order. Those wings were cooked to perfection!!! Perfectly seasoned and not drowning…an A-1 experience!

As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, this is one of the most unclean places that is not considered a hole in the wall. The floors were dirty and no one was attempting to coach them. They didn’t have napkins. Instead, they offer a roll of paper towel, the kind that are usually in a bathroom, at the drink machine for customers to tear off a portion to use while dining. The bathrooms were cleaner than the dining room. They did not place the paper table topper on any of the tables for dine-in customers. We had to get tear off a section of table topper ourselves. The food was delivered with extra oil in the bottom of our containers as if they don’t use a strainer. The lemon pepper wings were good.
