Absolute worst service I’ve had from any restaurant period. Night time employees were very rude and unprofessional and used abusive language, screwed up my order, sent me stone cold food and left off my drinks. I would give this dump zero stars if I could. Thee only reason they deserve the one star is because the general manager attempted to right this wrong. Everybody that works here at night needs to be fired. They are unprofessional and ghetto and not good enough to be around decent society!!!

This wingstop isn’t bad.It’s Good Customer service but I don’t understand how they get simple things wrong. The 1st time I didn’t trip but this time come on; i know you can do better then this. I ordered a 10pc boneless with 2 flavors, extra crispy && honey mustard. By the time I got the food and Got home I realized the lady gave me 9 boneless wings && didn’t even use the 2 flavors. Those are only 1 flavor and they wasn’t even crispy. Smh do better you have to listen when taking orders and making the food or what’s the point. They finessed me outta a wing && extra flavor

Ordered food and got home to find that it was SO greasy & uneatable, the wings had been sitting in a pool of oil & the strips were also greasy even sitting on a napkin did not help. Next day the Covid symptoms started. So not only was the food a disgusting waste of my hard earned money I also caught Covid from this location. Very upsetting!

I visited this location on 1/25/23 at 3:15 pm Horrible customer service. I sat in there for a while waiting on my order which I didn’t mind. The girl up from young loud with red hair was rapping profanities loud in front of paying customers. Then to top it off the drink machine was out. I notified her and just asked for a bottled drink she insisted I had to pay more instead of changing out the machine or rectifying the issue. Very rude & unprofessional almost makes me not want to return but luckily the lady with the locs usually displays good customer service.
