Ordered some food the other day which was perfectly fine. Wings & fries cooked nicely. As far as the service, it’s horrible, I waited half an hour patiently no problem, but Shy, which I was told was her name was very rude to non English speakers that night. 2 men who turned their phones around for her to check the name on the door dash order, 1 was yelled at. She specifically said “Stop flipping your phone around tell me the name.” Sticking up for him I told her he doesn’t speak English. She then proceeded to step in my direction & come very close to my face mimicking me. I didn’t put my hands on her at all but she did touch me. At this point I asked her several times to back up & she walked back into the kitchen stating “I just thought it was funny.” I’m glad she found it hilarious. Corporate will be called & I hope you lose your job. I have no sympathy for rude & entitled people. Not to mention, it was all on camera. So shy, I hope it’s just as funny when them checks stop coming. .

Waited about 30 minutes for 10 boneless wings and fries. The mild sauce is absolutely horrible. The only thing that made the wings edible was the ranch which I had to smother the wings in. Fries are also only good because of the seasoning. Other than that they are limp, greasy, and very starchy. I would highly recommend WNB Factory or Rudy’s New York Pizza (Rudy’s has the best sauces)

I ordered just 10piece chick wing for a small gathering at 5:03pm. I wait there until 5:43, and I ask where is my order I know they already forget about it because they just give an order to a customer which is 20mins after me so I ask my refund and one of the employee give me bad attitute say “NO REFUND ” soon a manager come out on a cash regeister try to process refund for me but after 20mins she can not give me refund because none of them know how to process refund she say she has to call general manager but can not reach her, so I have to wait there until they reach general manager. Wasting my time for nothing. Btw while I waiting there I notice the restroom is awful and the employee who work there they use their bared hand to making the food without wear gloves, that was so disguesting.

Food got a 3 star because the flavor i choose was terrible but the service was good compared to the last time i was there. Unsure if management changed or what the crew looked new but they were very professional. Food takes longer to make then other places the wait time is always long but it’s acceptable.
