If I could give zero stars I would. Wingstop has always been my favorite wing place and when they opened the location in Cartersville I was so excited. But after witnessing the complete chaos of this place I will never go back. I placed an online order to be picked up in 26 min. I get there and there is three other folks waiting for their order and I ask one of them, he said I’ve been waiting for about an hour. I waited because my son was really excited for wings. They have multiple employees working with no direction. Food is being prepared and then left there and ultimately forgotten because nobody is paying attention to what they are doing. So much food was thrown away because of that. Like so much. Nobody is working the register. No body comes up to you when you walk in to help you. The music they play was so loud and vulgar when it’s supposed to be a family restaurant. Out of all the kids working, about 6 of them, only 1 wore gloves. There’s a kid with long hair and no hair net and he’s playing with his hair and then preparing food!!! One of the young ladies is reaching into her shirt and scratching herself self and then preparing orders!!! And to clean her hands she cleans them on her sweater!!!! I finally got my food and I get home and I lost it. I ordered all flats and I didn’t get all flats, no big deal but as I’m eating a French fry I see the longest black hair entangled in fries!!! This is just horrible!!! I tried calling the store to speak to a manager for a refund and no answer.!!!

I placed a online order for lunch today and it was ready when I got there. My husband got the chicken sandwich and I got the boneless lemon pepper wings with fries and carrot sticks on the side. I’ve never had wingstop and it’s some of the best boneless wings I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back soon.

I love Wingstop however this location is disgusting. They do not clean the floors and have chicken pieces all over the floor. The trays are greasy and obviously have not been cleaned in a while. The food takes forever to receive and they forgot about our order entirely. We waited an extra half hour once brought to the attention of the workers. Also the bathrooms are single toilet bathrooms and the doors do not latch shut so anyone can walk in at anytime on you. They also do not have a trash can accessible to customers or napkins.

Placed an online order for Louisiana Rub wings, we’ll done. I received plain chicken, absolutely no flavor and soggy! Tried calling to ask for a replacement or refund, apparently no one answers the phone nor responds to negative reviews. Getting a Wingstop in Cartersville was exciting but if this is the type of food they will be serving and lack of customer service I’ll continue to take a drive to Rome!! Very disappointed in the entire experience!!

Seems like I’m having the same experience as a lot of people. I ordered my food online and I picked it up and went home. Only to find out they gave us the wrong food. I called to see what they could do and no one answered the line. And to top it off, the wings were soggy and bland. Not coming back here again.

I ordered from here about a week ago and overall I have to say service was okay, I only waited 30 minutes for my order which wasn’t a big deal I was worried I’d be waiting for an hour based on other reviews but I was pleased with the wait time. Second my food was good for the most part only complaint was the fries were severely undercooked but the wings and the Cajun fried corn were very good. Hopefully it will be good the second go around when I order.

The store is clean still and the staff was fine but the food didn’t really live up to the hype. The wings were fine I guess but the hot honey had no flavor and the barbecue was not a good flavor. The mild wings just tasted like grease and the fries were undercooked as well which was a pretty big disappointment because those are the easy part. Overall it sucked spending $75 for the mediocre first introduction to Wingstop.

I came in and the first time I got what I ordered. The second time the male manager with low cut hair told me he was too busy ( not even taking call ins yet, walk-in only) the make my food the way I want it (well done extra crispy) so I asked for my money back and left. Will stick to the one in Hiram with great customer service and lower prices when I want Wingstop. I will never go to this Wingstop ever again.

I have ordered 2x from this store and both times my order was incorrect. Fisrt order they forgot part of it and did not get the sauce correct. Second order, they did not get the order “ALL FLATS” correct. I tried several times to call and contact them, but never get an answer! I will not purchase anything from wingstop again!
