Omg I will not be getting any more wings from here. The fries had so much lemon pepper on it that I couldn’t even eat it. The mild wings tasted so blend. The lemon pepper wings were too greasy . I wonder if they drained it properly. The ranch dressing taste like they put water in it. Never again. Yuck

So rude! Tamika, if that’s even her real name, was completely disrespectful and obviously having a bad day. I placed an online order, once I arrived to pick up my order they didn’t have it ready, I provided the confirmation to the young lady at the register she told me it would be a 10 minutes. I said okay. Went to the car and came back (within 2 minutes) to have a wait inside. As I entered a lady “tamika” approached me looking upset asking for a confirmation number. I told her I already showed it. She proceeded to say “I know but I want to see it for my self” (all while making hand gestures that insinuate she wants an issue). The way she said it was as if I was lying. I showed her the confirmation email and asked here Why she have an attitude with me, it’s not that serious especially since I was willing to wait. We literally went back and forth for 5 minutes. I told her I don’t want the food and to refund me. She said that’s fine and kept walking back and forth to the back while on the phone with EarPods in her ear taking to what sounds like a go-worker. I’m sitting there while they’re still taking orders. Not once did she explain what or how the refund process would occur. After waiting I finally asked her, “ what am I waiting for to have a refund” then she takes my name and last 6 of my order number and says it’ll take 5 days.I’m missing so much of the disrespect but don’t go here unless you want an arguing match.

I placed an online order 5 min before picking it up. So I knew it wouldn’t be ready and my food be hot. That’s not the case. Wings were warm & salty. Fries was cold, and I had to get them re-cooked. I will not be revisiting this place.

Ordered via a delivery app. Food was extremely GREASY!!! Very disgusting. The bag was drenched in chicken grease! I had to use countless paper towels to mop up all that oil! All that grease and they had the audacity to not send a single napkin?! Do they drain anything at all?! Last time, the fries were soggy, this time, I got veggies. That’s two locations on two separate occasions, and BOTH times have been utterly disgusting and disappointing. I’m not even going to waste my time, money, or energy, to try for a third. Do better! Sheesh!

My spouse and I had your boneless wings and fries. Change the grease already the worst boneless wings ever and some of the wing were actually crust covered in sauce we paid for 20 wing but end up with 10 wings fried so hard we could not eat them the mayonnaise hot wings sauce was disgusting. I will not eat here ever again.

I only gave two stars because the fires were good, but the wings i ordered we’re freezer burnt. I have had WingStop before from the Roswell store and it wasn’t anything like these. I’ll give you guys one more try before I totally write you all off. Do better with your wings.

Came in for the Monday & Tuesday 70 cents boneless wing meal special. It was 15 pieces and supposedly $10 +tax. Total was $24.89 and employee handed me 2 cups. Checked the receipt and noticed large fries(employee didn’t ask regular or large) including 2 orders of drinks. Receipt claimed 2 guests, when it was just myself. Service was not good. Waiter didn’t ask for customer’s name, just typed an anime character shown on my t-shirt. Boneless wings were soggy and fries were burnt. First time trying this franchise and will continue eating at Zaxby’s.

Great attentive service as soon as you walk in the door. The store is clean and well organized. This was my first time going to Wingstop and it won’t be my last. I ordered the large wing combo with ten wings. You can choose different flavors when you order and I chose half garlic parmesan and Cajun. It came with fresh hot fries and a drink. There was sports on the TV but they don’t sell alcohol at this location. Looking forward to going back.

Placed an online order for a special….20 boneless wings and large fries. By the time I arrived home after picking up my food, wings were still hot and tasty. Fries, however, were COLD (imagine that), a little hard, clearly old. I should have returned them to the restaurant. Thanks for the okie doke WingStop. Just lost my business.
