My husband and I went to the location on Old National, in College Park, GA. We ordered 3 ten piece meal combos. We ordered at 6:23 we didn’t get our food until 7:00. It was just sitting in the window. We got home and the wings were in a large pan, altogether. We ordered 2 different wing flavors, why would they put them in the same pan? The cashier, a light skinned man was on his phone, cursing and sitting in the lobby on the phone. There was 3 guys in the back so busy flirting with girls that they weren’t doing their job correctly. The wings were soft, like they didn’t even fry them, and the fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the ranch and our drinks! I WILL NEVER go back and get food from there again! It was a total waste of our money! They really need to do some training on customer service and cook better food that tastes good!

I usually don’t even write reviews but I went to this Wingstop last night. I had ordered online and was picking up. I walked in and there were about seven people waiting for their food. There were only two people there working and they apologized and told me it would be a few minutes before my food was ready because they had so many orders. As I sat there they put out order after order they were calm and precise they had great customer service and did not get overwhelmed by all of the orders. The food delivery DoorDash people kept coming back in and saying they had more orders for them. The whole time they kept their cool my order was correct my food was good and I was very impressed by these two individuals and how they kept it together under pressure they deserve a raise I wish I knew their names so that I could list them. It was a man and a woman she had red hair that is all I know to describe them.

Okay so I think we all understand that Wingstop has the best ranch ever but their wings are terrible. Maybe because Atlanta is known for wings so chain restaurants like this one just don’t make the cut but no matter what I’ve never had a good order from any location. Now the hours are convenient because it stays open pretty late but the quality just isn’t great.

I called a order in. When I picked up my food the young lady with brown box braids gave me the wrong order. I didn’t realize this till I got home. Luckily I lived close so I came back within 20 mins. At this time there was a different young lady at the register with red braids. I explained that I was given the wrong order. Immediate a young guy from the back starts yelling “where’s the ticket” as if I’m lying. I didn’t have it so I pulled up the charge on my bank statement.While the nice girl with the red braids and an older woman from the back corrected my order the young guy was yelling,being hostile and making threats towards me. A taste of his little tantrum was “N*ggas need to stay off the drugs” “on Blood say something to me” I mean it was so cringe and ghetto. He needs to be fired immediately cause that behavior is never acceptable. For management, if you don’t believe me watch the lobby camera footage from 7/16 between 7:45pm -8:12pm.

The manager on duty is DISRESPECTFUL and VERY nasty to her staff. She did not wear a hairnet when preparing orders and had the AUDACITY to have 2 long ponytails in her hair swaying over orders. To make matters worse we had to wait over an hour for a pick up order meanwhile the manager is walking in and out of the entrance with customer orders.

The worst experience I ever dealt with ever. One order should not take more than an hour when ordering on line. This store caters to Uber eats, door dash and regular customers have to wait until their done. It was a mess and I will never do business here again.
