Wouldn’t recommend!! Just nasty!! Sister went in the morning and it looked amazing!! So I decide to go in the evening and horrible mistake!! Fries were soaked in grease wings were also nasty.. wouldn’t go back!!

These were the greasiest wings I have ever gotten. By the time I got to my car the bag was soaked in grease. It’s a good thing I had paper towels in my car – it took several layers to protect my car from the leaking grease. When I got home and opened the containers they were swimming in grease. Never again!

I placed an order the other day and at this location you can see the employees making the food over the counter. While waiting for my food, I realized not one person handling the food was wearing gloves. They touch everything they use with their bare hands and I know some of them are smokers. So I couldn’t eat there. Please please make it an effort to enforce wearing gloves, it’s literally the bare minimum of food safety it seems.

Absolutely love!!!! I can only eat extra mild and none of the other stores around town can make them good. They are either just butter or too spicy to eat. But this place. This place right here did great. I enjoyed my food so much. So glad I decided to stop by. Will be back.

Wingstop has been my favorite place for wings for a while now but this experience was absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a 6pc meal online with 2 hot honey and 4 cajan…the hot honey had little to no flavor, the cajan had no dry rub on top so I had to go back in and ask for a cup where the chick working gave me nothing but attitude, plus the counts were backwards from what I ordered and they were ice cold and soggy as soon as I got them. Also when I went to get my drink I could only get 3 pieces of ice because the machine was empty. I will say that the chick working seemed to be the only one there so I can understand some things but still for the price I paid, I at least expect to get fresh food that was prepared correctly. If I continue to have such horrible experiences like this one, I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

So hot, crispy, and fresh. I got spoiled with Wingstops while in their home state of Texas. Hit them in several other states. Nothing resembled the flagship taste, quality and freshness until I hit the one off of Dawsonville Rd, in Gainesville. GM Brandon and Cook Cody. Went in the restaurant to order wings , 3 employees stood there for about 1-2 minutes just to tell me that they would not take my order . I don’t understand why since it says that they close at 11:45pm and went in at 9:00pm .. the food is good but need new employees will definitely not recommend this place to friends or family

This was my third time ordering here each time the food was always hot and correct…this last time however the order was all wrong. it’s a Saturday, phone lines and the line at the register are busy so it was about a 40 minute wait for my food which I was informed of. After already waiting 40 minutes I was a bit annoyed but The manager on duty with the nice blue eyes and calm accent was so helpful! Best customer service I received in a long time in this area. most places give you a hard time about correcting food orders but he wasted no time while many others would act as if they were inconvenienced. Even with a busy lobby and the phones ringing he corrected the order, added a Wing or 2 and genuinely apologized for the mix up you. I will definitely be here again whenever I am working in the area.
