The boneless wings are not very good at all. Garlic parm with bones was good. The Korean bbq was burnt and almost bitter. The hickory barbecue had wayyy too much sauce and it was overpowering. It made us all feel sick. The celery came in a clumpy wet paper packaging and was leaking and wet. I want my money back for this order! Also it took nearly an hour for this meal to arrive!

I ordered the ten boneless wings with fries and a drink. The price was decent for the amount of food, and I also ordered it for carry out. The restaurant is still as clean as when it first opened however the person working the cash register was a little rude. The food quality was decent, but I much prefer the dry rubs over the sauced wings. Everything is made to order so the quality is good for what you’re getting and you always know it’s going to be fresh. It might make your wait a little longer, but it’s worth it.

Goes downhill when the good manager isn’t there. Wait times high even for estimated time to be ready, still waited 30 minutes. Bathrooms locked with people in them for over an hour doing who knows what. Ice everywhere and puddles. Tables dirty. Garlic Parmesan came out with no Parmesan. They were almost dry. Lemon pepper came out cold which makes zero sense for how long we waited. Not coming back anymore after 3 bad wing stop location experiences. Will be going elsewhere. Some serious quality control issues at several locations. Fries tiny and not crispy or fresh. Very soggy.

I should have learned my lesson the first two times…Check your food before you leave! Again, check your food before you leave!! Tonight I’m missing a wing from my order, a month ago I received the wrong fries, a month before that I was missing my fries. I don’t get it. This location is constantly busy during the evenings which means you’ll have to wait longer than the estimated time you’re given. I strongly believe that the team here is overwhelmed.

This was my 2nd visit and wasn’t any better than the 1st. Asked for 2 flavors and received one. Weren’t that tasty either. Received 7 winglets and 3 drums. SMH. I believe I’ll visit another location in the future. One that’s possibly cleaner also.

The downsides were thirty minute wait time after I ordered at the counter (Friday evening), and a new guy learning the register who had zero customer service skills. The upside was the manager who was a wise and very pleasant woman, and the wings themselves, which were very good indeed. The generous sauce was on point (hickory and original hot) and the fries were the best although a little salty.

On 2/17th we called to place an order and a young lady answered the phone. When we placed the order and she gave us a total that was higher than what is normally charged , we asked her respectfully if she was sure of the total or did they have a price increase. She then hung up in our face. When we tried to call back she repeatedly placed us on hold without saying a word. It is very weird and unprofessional. If you don’t like working with customers , don’t work ! We ended up going to the wingstop on the other side of town and the same order was quoted as $10 less.
