Fries were burnt but the kicker was they were cold with hot cheese on top, when chewing you can taste the burntness and the I’ve been cooked before and thrown back into hot oil taste. Wings were flavorful however biting into the bone in wings, I can tell they cooked them way past due cause the bone disintegrated into small fragments which almost choked me. The pieces of bones were so little I had to really get them out. Rolls were cold and crunchy, I live within a 10 minute radius from this wing stop there’s no way. I understand it getting warm but not cold. However, I know this isn’t the usual wings I eat from other places but paying $53.00 for a less than average order is sad. I will not be ordering here again. Included photos but not so much of the little regurgitated bones… eww.

Rude cashier on 3/15/2023 around 1pm who served us was not speaking up very good and got rude with me when I didn’t know to property order from the menu it was my first time at wing stop ever I have a condition where my response time is kinda slow and my thinking time as well so it was embarrassing because I was with family behind me the way she did it was aggressive and she kinda got a little too close to my face which scared me a little will not be returning to this location food servers were really friendly I have anger issues as well so I could have made a scene but I made the choice to be a respectable and responsible adult so I just sat at my table. She was a African American female with braids that’s my best description I didn’t want to look at her on my way out every one has stressful or bad days but that’s no excuse to be a rude worker to people who are spending money to eat at the place it was my nephews birthday too so it kinda ruined it for all of us felt really disrespected you can get a lawsuit for that type of stuff be careful. 3 months later and no one has come to apologize for my experience it’s good to see that ya care about your customers.

I got wings around 6 or 7pm yesterday and I just want to know why the cashier is telling the door dash driver to make my drinks. The drivers drive all day, and pick up things. I don’t want them making my drinks. He didn’t even put the sticker and straw on my drink. He said it wasn’t his job to do so especially since the cashier tested him like that.

Arrived to purchase lunch and was met with the worst customer service ever. Shanice ( refused to give me her name) was rude and nasty! I asked a question about a menu item and she pointed to the menu board . I told her my eye sight was bad and she didn’t care. I requested the manager Keyonna and could clearly see why services bad. The manager was equally horrible! FYI when I asked the cashier her name she said it’s wing-stop. I left my over 15.00 order without paying and went next door to Firehouse subs…….. Firehouse was absolutely fantastic…. please get the toxic people off the front register! you are literally running your customers next door……

I don’t usually write reviews, even if we have a bad experience with a restaurant. But something needs to change we have ordered this place multiple times and usually there’s only one or two things wrong. It’s usually overall a pleasant experience with the food. Service I’m not so sure,. however, last night we ordered Wingstop later in the evening and now my spouse is in the hospital recovering from food poisoning. This food needs to be handled with care people you’re dealing with chicken you’re going to get people really sick!!! and yes, he is still in the hospital right now. Thursday March 16th.

I’ve been eating here for a while now and the cost has drastically changed recently. I’ve always though the prices here were a little hefty but they went up even more and they now charge you for dips and they are no longer included with any count of wings. It’s great food believe me. I love the bone-in wings and the buffalo ranch fries but it is certainly not worth the price any more. I’ll stick to locally-owned wing restaurants from now on.
