Could not be more disappointed. Waited 40 minutes after the carry out time on the website. Half the order was cold. Each person that came in to pick up their online order ended up waiting at least as long as I did. One woman had been waiting an hour. Unfortunately, another customer demanded her money back and the manager was the only one that sauced the wings. So we all got to wait an additional 20 minutes while the manager refunded the money. Terrible. Will never go back. Go anywhere else.

I worked here, and the kitchen is never clean. The odor emitting from the back when you walk in is raw chicken “juice” (blood,water). I was told that in order to maintain my employment I needed to be a team player and was dedicated to restoring the kitchens myself. Many locations, and all the same issue: No regard for health and safety. I personally cleaned the kitchen at the QSC to keep from failing the QSC and to try to pass the Quality Standards exam. They passed, but only by the skin of their teeth. If you have any regard for the quality of food you eat or the safety and sanitization of the area in which your food is cooked, please reconsider eating here or at any of the Wingstop locations. I expressed my dissatisfaction for the company policies and health code violations and was subsequently fired. The attached photos show the floors.

I love Wing Stop! I order the Louisiana flavored wings. Make sure you get cheese to go with the fries. I also have them add on Parmesan on the fried corn. I’m not sure what brand of ranch they use but its so yummy. I eat here at least once a week. You won’t be disappointed.

The only thing that is good about this location is the price. We ordered online to save time. We arrived to the store about 30 minutes later and was not greeted when we walked in. They were too busy talking to each other to notice they had customers. I arrived after stopping at the store first and still had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes to get our food since they ran out of the ingredients to make lemon pepper and garlic parm sauces. Once we finally got our food and made it home, we noticed the wings were fried too hard and dry. The sauces were bland and lacked flavor. We tried to give this location another shot, but they disappointed us again, but for the last time. The service isn’t good, communication is terrible, they are VERY slow!! I have been to other locations and this is the worse one. I have also done door dash orders for this location and absolutely refuse to do anymore. Why? Because they can’t seem to be efficient and timely. I really do corporate see this and other reviews and takes this seriously. This location needs help!!

Let me start off by saying that Wing Stop has some of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever tasted. With that being said I don’t like it when I’m shorted. If I order a five tender combo, I want 5 full tenders. The tender that broke in half does not count as 4 and 5. Don’t try me like that again.

I will NOT be ordering from this location again. I ordered 30 mix & match wings (20 bone-in & 10 boneless) with 3 different flavors (Hawaiian, garlic parmesan and lemon pepper). The online order said the pick up time it was suppose to be between 16-21 minutes. When my husband got there after 24 minutes and our food was not ready. They didn’t even have the lemon pepper sauce for the wings and did not receive a phone call to let us know if we would like a different flavor. My husband had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes while the sauce was being made. When he got home it was our fault should have checked it at the store. We got 30 bone-in wings. I did not receive my 10 boneless wings which was suppose to be lemon pepper. Out of 30 wings 11 were overcooked. Both garlic parm and lemon pepper were dry no flavor. We were disappointed before and decided to give wing stop another chance. but this is the first time I am really disappointed that I spent $35.00 and 11 wings were dry, overcooked and lacked flavor. My husband makes better wings and next time if I am craving wings I will make it myself. At least I know I will get what I want and it will taste better too.
