Super rude manager working 5/26 evening. My order was messed up was for my kids so they were upset. Called the location said they messed up my order manager angry said with a sigh ” bring in your receipt and we can help you” then just hangs up! I call back right away ask why he hung up on me said he has a line of customers. like me as a current and long time customer was not important. I have to share this review because when I shared my experience with a friend he Saud that the foot was much better and had declined due to a change in how rhey serve it. Lemme tell you first what the food was like. The boneless chicken wings flavored with garlic parmesan were full of grease and almost cold. The grease was so thick and old that the wing felt plastic and the coating was waxy. Kinda like when you microwave wings out of the refrigerator, from the night before. So I was told that this taste is because they dip them back into hot grease just before serving. SAY WHAT? No, please don’t. Other than the wings being plastic and inedible the staff is always nice when I pick l there. I deliver a lot from here too so they can’t be all bad.
