Previous reviews are accurate. Awful experience. Was told 40/45 min wait. (lie to get your to not order) Got there on time (no customers around) and food was ice cold. Not only that the wings were half overcooked and half undercooked. Like I was givin old wings and rush cooked wings. Barley got any fries and most were overcooked end pieces. Fountain Drink and veggies was the only part enjoyable. Hardly worth $18. All you’re customers have left! Also given no receipt! UNACCEPTABLE! Where the hell is the owner of this place?

I always get delivery so I can’t say how the atmosphere is there but my wings come HOT every time I order right to my door. Lemon pepper is my favorite but sometimes they get a little too heavy on the seasoning as well with the seasoned fries but overall I’m addicted. I order 1-2 a week.

Awful place!! Extremely unprofessional people who are working there. I came to pick up a food delivery order and was told that my order would be ready in 5 minutes for pickup by the store employee. When I first arrived there there were no other customers in there. Then a bunch of other customers came in after I did and they all got their orders immediately except for me. I waited for 20 minutes and never got the order then I Findlay walked up to the register and asked where is my order? And the guy told me he was bagging it. Then I waited a few more minutes and still I never got my order. These people who work there play games and are highly unprofessional and don’t know to do their jobs. Please if you have any sense at all please ignore and avoid this restaurant. They are the worst! Terrible horrible place! Extremely unfair treatment I was given and this place should be shut down. They should not even be in business anymore! This place needs to shut down for good! Terrible horrible place!

The worst customer service! I placed an order for delivery. After the delivery time (1 hour) came and went I called the store only to be told it was going to be another 15-20 minutes before they could get to my order to even start making it! She told me there was still 3 tickets ahead of me! So in 1 hour you couldn’t even start my food order? She told me yup! There was no apology, no explanation, just a rude attitude. Avoid this place!

I called in a order for a 6 pc chicken combo (boneless) to be picked up .was told it’ll be ready in 10 to 15 mins .got there 8 mins later was told the order will take 30 to 35 mins .so I said I was told 10 to 15 mins the girl said i never said 10 mins i said 30 to 35. I walked out without my order, would be nice to say I’m sorry I was wrong. After reading the other comments Never again. Poor customer service and she implied that I was the liar . I hope the owner will read this and retrain their workers for better customer service or find one that understands customer service
