The manager here is 5 star. I order from a few different Wingstop locations… I’ve had a couple opportunities to speak with her and customer service is her passion. I don’t care what others say… or speak for the work of the other employees but this location is great because of her.

Remus Plays Pretend “Snips”
This was probably one of the worse fast food experiences I’ve ever went through. As soon as you stepped in, the environment was hostile. Every crew member was in the lobby gossiping horrible things about other customers that been there that day. There was a few crew members in the back of the lobby that were clearly smoking. One of the cashiers were arguing with an older Hispanic woman and was being extremely racist towards her. I was there with my fiancé who is a person of color and they were making comments about him and the color of his skin. The self serve was under stocked and I had to reach for the lid for our drink. It was hard to do because the counter felt like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The floor also looked pretty grossed. The cashier throw away our receipt without asking us (which looking back, makes me think they knew the food and service was bad).

The fries were cold. Super cold. They were stale also like they had been sitting out for a minute before they got packed up. One order of fries was light seasoning but to be honest, it was light light. Also some of the drums were all bone with no meat. That’s a big deal when you are sharing wings and no one wanna grab them as part of their 10.

I placed an online order for a 10 piece of boneless wings and fries for a later time but i was very disappointed with my order. First off my fries were very cold when I got them even though I arrived at the exact time I stated on my order. Also not only were some of the wings small and not very hot (although not as cold as the fries) but I’m used to other locations giving out the bigger containers where there was additional sauce at the bottom. Half of my wings seemed to have very little sauce on them however. First time at this location but not sure if I’ll be coming back.

We ordered our food through the app, said it would take 28 – 30 minutes for our food to be done, once we got there we waited an HOUR for our order to be completed. There were people just coming in and getting there food before us even though we had ordered ours ahead of time. Finally got our food, headed home and the wings were super greasy and fries were warm and soggy.

Go to place after bowling (AMF Deltona). Clean, friendly environment. Meal is cooked to order and served hot. I typically request my fries be cooked crispy and have not been disappointed. Alesia (shift leader) ensures a pleasant experience from the beginning.
