Soooo I love wings….who doesn’t right! It was my birthday and I was in Orlando for a couple weeks and wanted to try a wing place that is not around where I live. So I chose Wingstop as it was the closest one to where I was staying. I decided I wanted to dine in. Which it also happen to be national wing day so not sure if they were busy due to that or just normally busy. But when we walked in they stated 45 min wait. I said that is fine as gives me time to hang out with my kids while on vacation here. So we sat at a table. During the next 45 minutes I heard the people quote different times between 45 min down to 20-25 min for wait time. But I decided I would wait the 45. Welp 50 min went past and no food. My husband had went next door to the pool table area during part of it and had come back and jokingly stated there were wings for free next door. I told him no I want to try these. I told him the time so he checked on it since we were past the 45 min. They did not have the order anywhere. The good thing sorta for us but sucked for anyone else standing in line is they stopped everyone else ordered to make ours. So they did take care of it right away. As for the taste, I would not say is is like the fresh chicken you get from the store and bake….rather it tasted like the frozen bags of wings you get from a store and just dip them in sauce. So not a wow factor for the taste. I tried the BBQ, their hot, the lemon pepper and the Hawaiian. All just tasted like frozen wings that were warmed up and then dipped. The fries were crispy and tasty! $60 worth

We had ordered online, and waited an hour for the delivery which was no issue. When receiving the order, we found that we only had one item from our meals, which was the chicken wings. We had our two baskets of fried that appeared to be over cooked, and they had no seasoning as well as being very cold. I called the store and they said they would redo my order and I was perfectly fine with picking the food up myself. Once I was at the store, I received the order for “Angel” but after I checked the bag, it was the wrong order once again. There were two mango habanero sandwiches which was not what I had ordered. After communicating this to the employees, they had remade the order. On initial check everything was correct but when getting home, the 5 extra wings that I had gotten with the spicy Korean flavor was incorrect and they were the new lemon herb remix but at this point I was done with dealing with the incorrect orders.

Flavor wise the food was as expected, but the wings were rather small and they weren’t drained properly, bottom wings were sitting in a pool of grease and ended up washing off all the flavor. Fries were limp and oily. Customer service wasn’t bad, they simply looked a little busy and were rushing as best as they could. Over all not as satisfied as I have been at other Wingstop location. May have been a bad night but time will tell.

I went to wing stop to get 2 kinds of wings. One with mango habanero and cajun. This is the 10 boneless wing combo. The spiciest wings are a little much for me , but the wings are good and the meal I believe comes with some fries. I ordered this meal and the price is very good for a chain. The sauce options are very good. I think you can get them without sauce and dip the wings in whatever sauce you want. Wingstop has good customization options for the wings. I do recommend

My son wanted boneless wings so we came here. The young man at the counter didn’t seem all there, said there was going to be a 40-min wait but we didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the BONELESS MEAL DEAL ($16.99) he proceeds to charge me $25 and change told him I wanted the deal on the poster. He “fixed” it and literally just got home and there are no fries and it’s bone-in wings . Thanks to the young blonde lady, who handed me my food we got our ranch dipping sauces. Also, got my name wrong after I corrected him (Krystle – he put Kristen) ♀️

Waited 2 hours for food to come out drenched in oil. It was disgusting and nasty. Food quality nasty and dripping in grease. It’s sad how prices keep going up but quality of food is going down.
