Horrible service I had someone get a to go order for me. As soon as it was given to me I opened it up and was met with a large amount of brown and very soggy looking fries. The wings had 0 to no seasoning on them at all. As if the wings were ordered as plain, which they were not!! And to top it off was the grease trap left on the bottom of the wings that still held no flavor at all.

If I could rate this business 0 or negative stars I would. I have been coming to this restaurant on and off for the past 3 years. My primary issue with them is that every time an order is placed for “well done” wings, they NEVER cook them properly and I always have to ask them to refry it. I have never got my wings in less than 45mins time because they always have to refry them after the first attempt. Honestly, I was able to look past that in previous visits but my experience today was too horrendous to over look.

James was amazing! My parents and I came here 1 hour before closing after leaving the airport. The staff (ESPECIALLY JAMES!) was polite, friendly, and efficient. The food was amazing and QUICK! I wish I lived closer so I could come to this location all the time. This was my parents first experience at a Wingstop and James made sure to give them the beast experience possible.

I just want to say that Wingstop has a great staff they work as a team there are always very busy. I do doordash and they are always on point. I feel like on Friday and Saturday nights when they’re slammed they could use maybe one more person but even without that one more person they always manage to get the job done. I do doordash so I deal with the staff and the service consistently on a daily basis. I feel like they are definitely underpaid because they bust their butts everyday no matter how busy. Great team work.

F this place. Went to pick up my wings at the time they said my order would be ready. Waited 45 minutes to then be told it would be another hour wait. Asked for a refund, I didn’t want them anymore cuz I had to go and they hadn’t even started on my order yet. Told they couldn’t process a refund then and there but that they would process it the next day when Manager would be there. I left. It’s been months and no refund. Didn’t bother to go back. Not worth the headache. SMH. NEVER AGAIN.

This store is horrible. I been ordering here for the past 4 months my first issue I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. 2nd issue missed items from my order. 3rd issue missing items from my order again and the lemon pepper didnt have no seasoning I thought it was plain. I call the store and they don’t answer. Call customer service they send me back to the store and then they don’t answer or they hang up. I will stop ordering from this store. Better management is needed and more personnel. People are slow the only one that I see doing all the work is Annamae from the other times I have ordered.
