Horrible experience, first of all waited an hour and a half after our estimated time of pickup. Bottom of the bag was full of grease I stained my pants. Got home, realized we were missing a box of boneless wings & found a hair nicely wrapped around one of my wings.worst experience I’ve ever had at wing stop and definitely won’t ever buy from here again.

I’m sitting at the restaurant writing this review. When I ordered, it estimated that it was going to be 25 minutes. I’ve ordered from here before so I know they are always late. I waited an extra half hour to pick up. Here I am, 30 minutes waiting at the restaurant (1.5 hours since I ordered) and still no food. Management here really needs to take some leadership classes.

Do not order for delivery. They will forget sauces and claim that it’s your fault. No credit or fix, simply come and pick it up. If I wanted to pick up sauces I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery. Kesha the manager on staff handled this horribly. Could have prevented a negative review but what can you expect? She hates her job and doesn’t care about customers. Also, the quality in this place has gone way down. This was the last order we place with them. Thanks Kesha!

This restaurant looks dirty and not well maintained. The waiting time is very long even though you order online. Sometimes when you order though the app, it says 20 minutes of wait time and, when you arrive to the restaurant, you have to wait for the chicken another 20 minutes. By that time, the fries get cold and soggy.

In my opinion this place is overpriced and I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food. If I recall correctly, I had to get a bottle of water because they made it a combo and I don’t drink soda. I went there for a second time because I forgot my previous experience and I don’t think I will be going again. Customer service was good but I can’t say the same about the wings. I order BBQ boneless chicken to go and when I got home I realized they just used the same spicy sauce for spicy chicken wings and then dipped them in BBQ sauce. This might be the way they do it, but for someone who just wants BBQ and no spicy sauce it’s terrible. I eat spicy food and had a hard time eating this.

BAD BAD BAD…Am being generous giving them one star, I placed an order to eat in and waited for 45 min when they very clearly said it was going to be 15, when I asked what happened to my order the lady in the front just said it was on the board and had to wait 15 more min which I waited, when I went to ask again she said it was still on the board with no explanation of how long more it will take, I asked her to please prioritize my order since I had been waiting for an hour, she just told me to wait last thing i know theres this guy giving me a refund! and again no explanation!
