My first and last trip to Wingstop. The mild wings tasted okay, but were dry. The fries were not so great. The flavor was okay, but they were all stuck together and soggy/greasy. The blue cheese dressing was the consitency of milk with a couple blue cheese chunks in it. The celery was like nothing I have ever seen. It was sopping wet along with the paper it was wrapped in. The water from the celery seeped into the whole bag of food. the celery was translucent, limp and had a very odd flavor. I tried one bite to see if it was edible. It was not. The best part of the meal was the beverage.

Is there one good Wingstop? Genuinely asking because there’s no way they always forget something or take forever at every location. I ordered online and picked up at the country walk location and then I got home and they didn’t give me a whole 6 piece wing and two cheese sauces. I went further this time because the cutler bay location is even worst. And they still manage to mess it up, they don’t even give you a refund, make you go pick it up yourself, when that’s wasted gas. They were going to give me free wings but that’s just the wings I paid for so what’s the point?

I have ordered from this wingstop several times and every time it has been the best experience, everyone always treated their customers super pleasant, the staff looked like they were having fun while working and I traveled from homestead 3-4 times a month to this location because they were so pleasant and customer service was was great!!! UNTIL THEY HIRED NADIA on 3/17/2023. From the minute we walked in she had an attitude and indicated “THE WAIT IS 1-2 HOURS” we said it was fine and I said maybe she just didn’t like us but then an older couple came in after and even more rude. Then she would discourage the callers from ordering!!! I watched this behavior every time a customer came in and I knew it was time to say something! Oh and brw the food was ready in 40 minutes and she went to the bathroom at least 3 times while we waited un attending the front and not helping her colleagues! Please go back to being amazing.

I am extremely disgusted by your costumer service, I ordered through you guys online and I received only half of what I ordered. When I called to complain to the store the manager was super rude, called me a liar, and hung up the phone. I called again and a different manager answers the phone and is just as rude or worse as the first. I am never ordering from this place again and extremely recommend you save your money and go somewhere better. I want my money back this isn’t the first time that store has stolen my money.

The worst wingstop experience I’ve ever had by far. When we first moved to the area we were coming here frequently but went back today for the first time in a while. They gave us wings the size of a quarter. Complete waste. Wish I could get my money back.
