Placed order online for a 30 piece. Food was being bagged as I walked through the door. Made it home good was still piping hot. I ordered bbq, lemon pepper, and original hot with 3 sauces fries and celery and carrots.

This place is dirty it has a bad smell as soon as you walk in ,the soda machine the fountain machine was so dirty it made me scared to get a drink from that machine. We tried to call ahead of time to order our food and the phone. Just rang and rang and rang. But while we were sitting in there eating. You never heard the phone ring not once. So that means they had the phone off the hook. And when you try to order online, it said you could only get classic wings. There was no option for boneless wings, so it was very frustrating just to place an order.

When I arrived, the store was FILTHY. I can tell the difference between a restaurant that’s being worked in, and a restaurant that has been neglected and has been cleaned in at least a month. , The soda machine that offers dozens of combinations only had coca-Cola loaded and all the other selections were grayed out. I had placed an order about 45 minutes prior to arriving, the website said it would take 16 to 21 minutes for my food to be ready. When I arrived, not only was I disgusted by the conditions of this restaurant. But my order wasn’t ready. In fact, I stood at the counter for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I noticed someone sitting at one of the tables eating their food, wearing a shirt from the restaurant and everyone else was hanging out in the back. Having some laughs. When someone finally acknowledged me I gave them my name and let them know that I was picking up an order. They told me that it had “just come in.” To which I responded that I had ordered close to an hour ago and that that was impossible. The combination of the disgusting restaurant conditions and the fact that my food wasn’t ready when it was expected to be made me want to cancel my order. To which I was told that I had to speak to the manager to process my refund. They then called the manager and the person who was sitting in the dining room watching me the entire time and ended up being the store manager. This young lady began to verbally berate her employees for interrupting her break and used a lot of foul language and racial epithets at her employees. I shouldn’t mention that there was an older woman with her two very young impressionable grandchildren also waiting for their order. They we’re all subjected to the young ladies horrible language and attitude. To make matters even worse, the manager told me that she could not process a refund and that the only recourse I had to get my money back if I wanted to cancel my order, which again has not been started yet, was to call in a dispute to my credit card company. Company. I said that that didn’t make any sense and that every business under the sun could refund a charge. If there was a mistake made or someone changed their mind. Mind. She told me that she’s tells everyone that asks for a refund that they need to file a dispute with their credit card company. This tells me that she tells everybody this and when they leave she then takes that meal and either enjoys it herself or dishes it off to one of her employees, while the customer has to then go deal with a credit card dispute process. Process that is very lengthy and unnecessary. A contacted customer service who processed my refund instantly over the phone and told me that they were going to address the manager. But I somehow really doubt it. This store is disgusting and I would never ever bring my business back here.

This place is unbelievable, ZERO CUSTOMER service. We place a basic order online. Came 5 min after the ready time frame. I get there an there’s a long @$$ line. No reps paying attention, he’ll the shift manager or supervisor was there and said absolutely nothing. I ask what’s going on, some random lady came out and said “we are not taking no in store orders only online only” i replied I have been waiting 20 minutes past, he replied we working on it. It took a total of 40min waiting. Pure nonsense‼️ NEVER AGAIN ‼️ y’all Oder at your own risk. If I can give a negative 5 I would.

I ordered online ahead of time. When I get there they literally didn’t even care that I was locked out. They just stood inside- in complete darkness- cooking the food and listening to music. We called- nothing. So I knocked on the door and someone wandered from behind the counter to open the door. Then just stared at me as if I was interrupting their morning. Idk I could go on but this place really sucks please listen to reviews and don’t go here.

This place is horrible. I placed an online order , gave enough time if not more than enough and got there with staff full of attitude. Find people who are team players with great attitude and willing to work . I get it, it can be overwhelming but be considerate and kind to your customers. I enjoy wingstop but I don’t like the experience.

Food was hot and fresh. Mango habanero sauce was lit. Fries could have been a bit crispier. This place is hot af inside. Everyone working is grumpy and I don’t blame them. They have a soda mixing fountain so you have lots of options. Order to go.
