I’m not a big fan of chicken wings, but I had to go into this restaurant and definitely NEVER AGAIN!!!!….it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The dirty, unpleasant atmosphere, the woman who served me seemed not to care about those who were waiting. Definitely “ZERO” on everything.

Whoever was working on 8/ 21/2023 between 6:15 pm to 6:20m just cost you a local customer who being buying from there for a while now there no post online or on your door that this is online only ordering store that lady needs a lesson customer service after I asked forr the manager is like didn’t say anything one less customer for you wings stop !!! Trust me it adds up

Worst Wingstop ever! Phone off the hook always, went there no walk-in orders you can only order online ok. Then to top it off you still have to wait in a long line to pick up the order you paid for online! Why don’t you sell me 50% of this location ? I would 3x the sales volume and properly serve our community with high-quality, efficient service that would let entice people to return more regularly. Especially when your main product’s supply chain is as vulnerable and uncertain as is now . I’ve seen so many businesses go under in this area including national chains like this. What a waste.

Times like these I REALLY wish Google would allow for a zero star review. This place took 40 minutes to prepare my food, which was literally only 6 wings and a side of fries. The staff doesn’t seem to care and have bad, lackadaisical attitudes. A man in a blue shirt who I presumed to be the manager and/or owner doesn’t seem to know how to run a business. Clearly the staff was inefficient, and he seemed to offer no help, just barked orders. This place really needs to shape up. I can’t imagine how they can turn a profit this way.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my delivery order through their website. I received someone else’s order. And of course they don’t answer the phone. I was SO mad. If I had ordered through Uber Eats I would’ve gotten my money back. They sent me a $10 gift card but I spent $40 so they owe me like $30. I sent a complaint and they still have not contacted me. It’s been a week. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different location to order from. Or better yet, get wings from Charley’s.

Cashier was full of life with a super smile and a awesome personality/ attitude. The crew there work like ants together as one . I’m a business owner and my pet P is I love to see a group work in harmony they showed that through there (ACTIONS). CLEAN BATHROOM, EATING AREA. LOT OF PEOPLE COMING IN ON CARRY OUTS. VERY BUSY. Far and away the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant (fast food or otherwise). I consider myself a patient man but this is well beyond the scope of a major chain restaurant. Management is nonexistent, wait times are triple the estimated times, and this is without any major customers in the place. The “employees” are more concerned with getting women customers phone numbers than actual helping any customers and I felt more like I was in a inner city high school than a WingStop at all. I would chalk it up to the neighborhood, but this isn’t a bad one. No masks, no help, I couldn’t even get a refund because the “lead” employee didn’t know how to issue one for my online order . This place is a joke and even know my money is important to me, I waited in the extremely cold location just to take my 60 dollar order and place it in the trash. I took my daughter to Boston Market instead across the street. The pics alone speak volumes, save your money. But if you want your food from a high school level hip hop club, this is your place. Just don’t expect to make it through the next day cause most of the staff only wear one glove and the masks do fantastic work covering only their chin. This place is a joke and they should be shut down.
