My order was supposed to be ready at 9:21pm 5/6/23. I get there and of course it was not ready. I waited about 10 minutes, asked the employee at the front counter how much longer it would take for my order to be ready. She went to the back as if she was looking, came back up front, didn’t say anything. So I waited 10 more minutes and asked her again. She did the exact same thing. This happened like 3 times before she asked me to write my name down. The people in the back was talking, laughing, etc. not once did they come out to help her out or anything, and the store was packed. I was like wow, where is the manager. They stopped taking orders by phone because they were so busy is what they told everyone that called. Finally, after waiting 35 extra minutes. I got my food that had been sitting on the shelf for at least 15 minutes. Got home, which is right up the street and the food was cold, hard, and tasted STALE. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with this location and said something about it. Every time I order from here, I spend at least $100. But for this type of treatment and service, I can go somewhere else. No one has ever called me back when I left a review. Sent an email, etc. I have never gotten a refund. They just do not care. This is one of my favorite wing places, but I will not be coming here ever again. They do not value their customers and it’s a shame because without the customers , they would not have a company to run.

WWWOOWW! Crispy outside, tender, done to the perfection inside! I had 6 piece combo, with spicy & sweet flavor with fried Idaho potatos. Even the fries were done to perfection, crispy outside, tender inside with sprinkles of salt. My husband had the chick sandwich combo. We ate in silence, food was too tasty to stop for talks. Most fried wings I have been getting lately have been either overly cooked (literally, cooked twice, three times) which make the wings chewy and dried. These were the best wings in many years. If you have had their wings, you know what I am talking about. If you haven’t, it is a must try! The place ia very clean and none of my clothing smelled of fried food( a big reason I hesitate going to the wing places) after dinning in. Win(g)-win (g)!

Literally the worst experience for food I’ve ever had. Ever. 1 hour for an order which is already bad. Arrive food isn’t ready. It’s going to be 30 more minutes. We wait with the kids in the car and frozen food from Costco. Thirty minutes later – no food. They gave our order to someone else. It’s going to be another hour. We say we can’t wait we have a preschooler who is hungry. They don’t even have anyone on site who can refund our pickup order. We have to leave without our money or any dinner. THE WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Don’t order from here!

Absolutely terrible every time I go there for take out it’s takes about 20 min to get the food anyways I live almost 30 mins away. The worst part is there are always missing something from the order. My most recent one they were missing two of my wing boxes and two of my fries. The staff members seem to care about absolutely nothing. I recommend to not to order here. Wing stop is my favorite place to eat out to but I highly recommend to go to the one at Lutz. Longer drive but way more worth it then this place.

I’m glad they put up a Wingstop in this area! Great service, always fast for the pickup orders and the wings still maintain their temperature. Even with a dine order, food gets processed fast and fresh, never short of flavor. Love the multiple flavor wing option and the brand mew flavors the drop monthly. Keep up the great work guys!

Rude staff…..rude manager. Awful over an hour wait for bad food and bad service. I feel awful for the person that owns this place the way the employees are running it into the ground. You figure after all this time the process of cooking and selling wings would be streamlined like every other restaurant. Won’t be back!

Service was amazing delivery was great. They forgot the ranch and blue cheese some how. But I called and they literally bagged it up went out of their way to deliver them to us after the door dash order was delivered. All of the 6 orders we got from them were perfect.
