I was expecting it to be a pretty good experience, but it was even better than I expected. I would give this location a minus star if possible. Three times visiting. Theee bad experiences. This last and final time they messed up the order. (That they took 35 minutes to make ) then took another 25 minutes to make the correct order. And just kept making and filling online orders while I waited for my food. (For the second time ). The last time I was there I waited in store for 25 minutes and didn’t even get greeted or asked to place an order. Finally had to place an online order to get service. Was given a credit of 15$ for the poor experience of which I tried to use that tonight and they didn’t give me the credit when I paid. So now I have spent over 100 dollars there that I just should have paid someone to kick me in the junk. Or thrown in the trash. Or lit on fire. All of which would have been better experiences than this location offered. If you are starving and someone offers to buy you food there. I’d ask if they minded going somewhere else.

Came in with my 80 year old mom. It took us a while to decide what we wanted. Don was patiently waiting with smile on his face and made accomodations to our orders. The wings came out at the right temperature and they tasted so good. The service we got from Don was impressive. I know it’s a chain restaurant but Don’s great attitude elevated our dining experience.

Three strkes. Horrible experience everytime. The first time employees loitering behind my vehicle in parking lot and did not want to let me out without additional persuading. Second time was dried out and horrible tenders. Filled out the survey and no one bothered contacting me back. Long wait, but it was busy. Tonight (3 was later), the quality was horrible with the tenders full of grizzle and slimy, they could only count to 6 (not 8) for the boneless wings, and service was exceptionally slow. Not wasting another dime here!

While sitting in the dining room of this location, I witnessed a manager by the name of Travis belittle and cuss at a customer who was just checking on the status of their order. Completely unprofessional. You should really consider hiring better staff. The female staffer was VERY nice and professional…maybe you should consider her for management instead.

Google thinks I went to Wingstop and I didn’t. I went next door to Five Guys getting over priced french fries. In two years of driving past this place twice a day I’ve never stopped there for wings. No reason why, I love wings. It’s probably good so I gave them 5 stars. I move in 2 months so I probably need to try them before I move but wings have gotten so expensive I’m afraid to even look. Unless I find them on sale at Walmart and cook them at home I don’t typically get wings anymore. That’s rich people food.

On my way from Chicago to Sarasota I stopped at Wing-Stop 10125 Ulmerton Rd. Largo,Fl. . I don’t go to these types of places often, but… A young man (slim, tall) working in the kitchen tried to serve me before a young woman approached the counter. One minute of talking to him was enough for me to reject this place. A cheeky tone and a few vulgar remarks were enough to make me express my opinion. The young woman behind the counter was very scared of this situation and tried to apologize to me, but I can’t imagine not noticing this fact.
