So I arrived 20min till closing they said oh no we are not taking orders anymore. This place is ridiculous there is always an issue at this location. Lakeland barely has any restaurants in close proximity and when you take the time out to drive and make an order you aren’t able to? What would happen if I made an online order ? They didn’t call my name out for my for here order. When I went up to ask for a refund they pulled my order from the to go shelf and said they had called my name. I heard them call my friends name and other people names but not mine, my friend said he didn’t hear my name called either. I ended up waiting for an hour before dealing with having to argue with the manager to get a refund.

Half hour drive to get there, spent 40 dollars to wait over 40 minutes to get the food, got home and realized there was an order missing. Was my first time and probably my last. Cooking without gloves, understaffed and the food was nothing special.

Honestly not upset. Placed an online order and it said 15-20 mins. It’s going on 40 mins now. However the manager here acknowledged the delay before anyone could say anything and communicated with everyone waiting. The team is working hard behind the counter and trying to get the food out asap. A little patience goes a long way. Thank you for the manager for keeping calm and conducting her team to get it all done! Bianca was great!

I wouldn’t recommend going here. There were only two line cooks and it took 30 min to get our food, i also got charged twice and then got a refund through my bank. They need to hire more people and get people who know what they’re doing. The cashier literally was helping pack the food with her BARE HANDS after touching the register and cash. That’s disgusting and incredibly dangerous. She also packed the wrong order for my friend and then got passive aggressive when i came back in and got the right order. There was also a dead bug on the wall where i was sitting. This place is sad and gross. Management needs to fix this and stop neglecting their workers, food and business as a whole.

Went tonight cashier was mad at life she just stood there until I asked can I order she replys been waiting on you to. Order at 6:43 get food at 7:16 cold fries wings were correct but tasted nasty my son said the same about his. And the Bluecheese use to be the best when they first opened but tonight it was watered down food was good when they first opened. Will not be going back
