Eaten here 5 times and all 5 have been great experiences. The staff is what makes this location better than the rest. Very polite, respectful, and social with customers. This location is very busy with a lot of orders that get mixed up sometimes, but from what I have witnessed while dining in is customers are on their phones, miss their name being called, and that’s what creates the confusion. Food is amazing and as you can see in my pictures, looks just as good as the ads when it’s served. Please keep up the great work here!

No air conditioning, nonsensical service, they look at you like your retarded. 20 minutes to get a bowl of grease that managed to rip the bottom of the bag. I walked back in with my unedible food and set it on the counter I walked away I didn’t even want my refund as she gave me a smart allic attitude. This place is a monstrosity of a wing house I hope and pray this place goes out of business and I never have to see the wing stop sign driving threw winter garden.

I am a huge fan of Wingstop but this location will never see me again. I ordered to go twice in a 2 week time frame. The first time I ordered my corn was extremely cold to the touch. As if they had just took it out the fridge and threw seasoning on it. I didn’t realize until I left…called and they told me basically there’s nothing they could do about it. a week and a half or so later I decided to try the same order again. Went to pick up and this time I checked before I left… same thing, corn is cold. So I asked how long my food had been ready for and the employees told me that it had just came out and it only takes a few minutes for it to get cold. I asked them to feel this corn and tell me if its hot. They said they couldn’t but offered me another batch and said that it would now take 10 mins to make a new match. At that point I needed to leave. The employee gave me a cup to make my drink and there was no ice in the machine. I asked if there’s any way to get some ice. she went to the back, to grab some, came to pour it on top of the machine and some ice didn’t make it into the chute so she used her bare hands ( no gloves) to shove the ice that didn’t make it, into the machine from the top of the machine. The ice could be contaminated. Need improvement in many aspects.

I have patronized this restaurant several times for the past year but this evenings visit and encounter with Damesha was despicable and I nor any of my family members will return. I called to place an order and apparently now they use an automated system to take orders. The system was malfunctioning and I hung up and decided I would place in store. However after hanging up, I received a callback from WingStop asking if I was attempting to place an order to which I responded yes. The lady took my order and indicated 15-20min ready time. I enter the store 25mins later and encounter a cashier by the name of Ashley. She reads my order back (10 wing combo with fries and a side of corn) and gives me my total. I pay and take my order. I reach my vehicle pop the green sticker and notice I have 10 wings and 2 orders of corn. I immediately re enter the store and tell them I have no fries and double corn. Ashley tells me oh yeah, we dont have fries so we gave you double corn, but we didn’t charge you for it we just gave you the corn since we don’t have fries. I showed her the receipt confirming I was charged for wings and a side of corn and indicated to her that she nor anyone told me about this substitution and if they had prior to taking my payment I would of said remove the extra side of corn if I’m already forced to take corn as a side instead of my order. Ashley said ok we can process a refund for the corn and says one moment. Moments later Ashley and a woman later identified as Damesha approach the front counter again near the silver to go cart and Damesha loudly proclaims to Ashley, “you are a manager in training and now you’ve entered your pin and done told this lady she getting a refund and now I got to tell her she ain’t!” I then say to Damesha “are you referring to me as the lady you have to tell is not getting a refund?” “I most certainly am” was her unprofessional response. I then told her that she should of spoke to me directly and saved constructive feedback to Ashley for in the back (her tone with Ashley was rude and unprofessional as well) and could have approached the counter and said “I apologize ma’am, explained the issue and resolved it more importantly. Instead Damesha was argumentative and said “no you can’t get a refund because you ordered online and we gave you what we have.” I told her she “needed to contact someone else in management because as a customer I am not confined to eating and paying for what you have but in fact what I ordered and if there was any chang to my order I should have been made aware and asked how I wished to resolve.” Damesha then contacted Rob Ferraro yelling to him a misstatements of facts of what was actually occurring and had occurred. At that point I indicated to refund the entire order. I don’t like unprofessionalism and refuse to patronize any company that tolerates it. She falsely indicated that I placed my order with a robot and that I paid online despite me holding a receipt where I was cashed out by Ashley just moments prior. When I attempted to point out to Damesha that her statements were false she continued to be rude, raise her voice, punch her hands aggressively saying “I’m about to go crazy on her.” All employees went back to making food while I had to keep asking for a status on my refund so I could go. 58mins of me in wingstop to simply get another printout of my receipt with the word “refund giving” written across it by Ashley. Furthermore, when I attempted to enlist the gentleman’s assistance Damesha instructed him and Ashley to ignore me and said my refund is being done by a manager. Still refusing to provide me any proof or receipt of such. The gentleman also exited to the front of the store during my wait, leaned on the white plaque took a smoke from a cigar and returned inside of wingstop wreaking of MARIJUANA! He returned to making chicken without washing his hands! After finally receiving what I still coin as inadequate documentation of a refund I left. I am reporting this to Wingstop corporate and BBB. NEVER AGAIN!

I feel so sorry for all the employees there, the manager treat them like trash, scream them in front of all the customers. On the other side Osteen knows about customer service, he is efficient and best cashier. This is my first and last visit to this store, I feel so embarrassed for those young kids that probably this is their first experience and with Ms Cruella Devil probably soon they will resign and never wants to go back and work anywhere.

Ordered a delivery order this evening and half of it was missing, and instead of fixing the problem and having the food re-delivered, they just offered a refund. I have to sit here with no dinner while the rest of my party eats… and the only way I could’ve gotten my food was to come pick it up myself. So I would have to use my own money to go pick up the food that they failed to put in the bag.. make that make sense.

The person cooking the food took my receipt out of the garbage can when I asked for the receipt. She continued to cook food with the same garbage can gloves. I. told that was unsanitary, she rolled her eyes and kept handing food. I will never be back would rather drive 10 miles to the next one.
